Okay if there is one thing that i like about Mattel is the way they are doing Divas (which is not a surprise...the guys have been doing Barbie for over 50 years)
And if there is one thing i dont like about Jakks are their divas. I own zero of them cause of that.
I believe only Beth Phoenix is out so far (seen another proto of melina i think) so does anyone have pics of her standing next to a Jakks figure? Cause i might get Mattel divas to go with my Jakks collection if they look good.

We saw a proto for Mickie James not melina. Beth is a bit smaller than the jakks divas and thus is a bit smaller than the jakks guys unfortunately.

Yeah a bit smaller but beth was smaller than the divas (jakks ones) who are smaller than jakks men so mattel divas probably look quite small. I could get you a pic tomorrow though, which jakks wrestlers did you want next to beth? |

The divas should be about the size of the cruiserweights. A little thinner in most cases, but Beth is just as tall as some of them, so she's small next to most Jakks figures.

Mattel Divas so far have been excellent and hopefully become vastly superior to that of Jakks. Maryse from Jakks for example was horrendous, and that's a shame as she is my favorite current Diva and I couldn't even bring myself to purchase her figure....lol

I really like Mattel's Beth figure. Mickie looks really good as well, but I'm hoping that Mattel has a different arm and torso mold for Diva's like Kelly Kelly, Michelle McCool, Gail Kim, Maryse, etc...

I am loving the Mattel divas and I have no big problem with them compared to the Jakks divas. Sure they are a little smaller but they still look great and soon most of the current Jakks divas will be updated into Mattel form. The only ones that will not get that are the ones who are no longer with the company. for Lita and Trish althought in a perfect world they would eventually get a legend figure.. |

Mattel has convinced me to buy 2 things, #1 Divas #2 The Legends line (except Austin and Sarge cuz i own 2 awesome jakks figures of them)
