I was just gonna post that one of my local WM's dropped the price a cent from $19.98 to $19.97.

I just bought Entrance Great HBK at Target and paid $21.99.

I agree. These figures are way to pricy for me. I mean the atire is great but for my money the atire with elite figurues is just as good. So it's like paying for the display base that plays half a song. Not worth it for me. The figure is less articulated than elites too.

I wish they didn't have that stupid sound in them then they could be cheaper. Possibly a dollar more if not the same price as Elite. I heard all the accessories are what drive up the costs, so I don't know how much cheaper things would get if they did do away with the sound. This. The small sound chips are not the deciding factor in driving up the cost of these. You can honestly get the material to do that at Radio Shack for about $0.11. It is the packaging (because they are so large less fit in a case) and the elaborate accessories. |

I will say that for $22-23 the figures should be in the Elite style. There is no excuse for that. I would ditch the entrance music player in a heartbeat to have that HBK in Elite form. That's why I won't buy the other EG's (I did get that HHH because he really does look awesome) unless they really wow me.

I finally found an HBK and bought it cause that match was my favorite HBK match. It was $21.99 at a Target here in NJ, but the TRU's I frequent have them for $19.99. I actually want to get another to keep MOC but that's just me. I really want to pick up the HHH one also.
