I was looking on ebay to buy some Hasbros on a low budget ($20) and they were all like 30 bucks each, does anyone know an ebay store or somthing with cheap hasbros?

There are plenty of lots for loose Hasbro figures on eBay going for cheap.
If you're looking for carded version, you may have to look for foreign carded versions as they are cheaper.

I just got us carded hasbros of kona crush, nails, purple razor ramon, fatu, marty jeannety, and foreign carded purple warrior and koko b ware all for between $5-7 each. Don't know why they're so cheap but I'm converting my collection to MOC now and it's seeming to be easier and cheaper then I thought.

I just had a blue carded bossman (foreign card) for $4.99. The stuff is out there, you just have to look.

there's a lot of wwf hasbros on ebay, you just need to take time out to search for them. lots of loose and MOCs but if you should be careful when buying loose hasbros though.
