In the last year? I think I got Kidd/Natalya, IE Goldust, Wrestlemania CS 3 pack, and the first 2 Christian figures, that's it. And UFC 0 and 1. So the only sh*tty ones were Christian. which I fixed up. How many Mattel have I fixed up? 2, I gave Elite Matt Hardy the Jakks DA scan, and swapped out a few knee pads. you gotten some pretty good figures there so idk why you're really complaining. if you're complaining about doing fix ups then wow....but the fact that you need to do fix ups is sad on jakks part and somewhat yours because i never need to do fix ups with the exception of switching the open hands because I don't like those at all umm..... in 12 months? It's sad that that's all that I got. 2004 to 2007, Jakks made a lot of money off of me.I would buy almost every person from every set, I would make fix ups as needed, that included buying multiple figures to make 1 perfect. After a while when their attention to detail finally went to sh*t it got annoying, so yeah I CARE that they put out sh*tty figure when I wanted them for my figure fed, I'm sorry that expected better product from them. You can say that I'm riding the hell out of Mattel's jock strap, but at least they have the superior product in my honest opinion.

i agree all the jakks hate is so insain! some act like they never got anything right for goodness sake! i am very happy with my classic figures and love to add what jakks may not have...no biggie to me...love the cs line its the best in my view... admittedly the last year been odd but cant lie about jakks over all because of the last year or so... over all jakks set the bar and i have yet to see anyone tobble it not trying to stir the pot, but i own about 100 jakks figures (DA current roster and RA ECW original roster) and I had to fix up 99% of them. Missing logos, short kickers when wrestler wears tall, no knee pads when they needed them. Jakks made some great figures but I can only think of a few on my shelf that I didn't have to alter in some way, shape, or form. no worries, your not stirring man... just saying i like to tinker with my figures anyhow...change there build, pu them in gear i prefer and so on... for example, i maybe alone on this but i thought they made irong sheik to fat and they never did him in his ljn counterparts gear...so i went trew my parts box and whipped up the iron sheik in the way i wanted... or for anothetr example i was never happy with Big John Studd or King Kong Bundys Builds so again i went to my parts box of spare jakks figures i buy for this reason and fixed them 2...along with giving bobby heenan his blue jacket look so for me i dont mind tinkering with them to fit what and how i prefer them

I agree. I hate all the JAKKS hate when for the past 10 years or less everyone has been buying them? Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. 10 years down the road, when WWE changes from Mattel to McFarlen or WE MAKETOYSBUTDONTHAVEANAMEYETBITCH! then you will be talking poop on how much Mattel sucked..... No one is ever happy. EVER. i hear ya... i for one havent liked what i have seen to date...but the interview kind of hype me up for what may come!! on a side note...you mentioned mcfarlane.... WOW if they ever went to mcfarlane for figs.... everyone else would need to retire, mcfarlane company is by FAR the best detailed toy company on the market.... i can only imagine what kind of wrestling figs they would create!!!!!!!!! If they went to mcfarlane then I would stop collection. I don't want plastic statues.

Jakks has made tons of history in the figure world. No question about it, and I love my Jakks collection(it's never getting sold, that's for damn sure). However, the way this world works(and it's unfortunate) is with the 'What have you done for me lately?' attitude. Jakks slacked like crazy with WWE at the end, giving us only a handful of good figures, and yes that is understandable as the contract is over, so why bother. I understand that and tbh, expected it. However, now that they are reusing parts(which isn't that bad) and can't even get all their protos out there for Toyfair, is just... It seems just lazy. I don't hate Jakks, they are kind of like an older wrestler at this point, I respect the hell out of what they have done, but, I'd rather watch Chris Jericho wrestle than Hulk Hogan. Let's just hope Jakks can pull a Steamboat and show us they still have something left. Jakks can't do steamboat because Mattel is making him. but I respect EVERYTHING jakks has done and I still enjoy how the TNA figures look. if AJ has some bulky arms or is a bit tall, i really don't care, its the drastic things that bug me like if Rey Mysterio is as tall as kevin nash etc. I don't know about other people but I have a mattel edge and i have it next to the mattel John cena and I actually hate how tall edge looks compared to cena, whether it be realistic or not. I also dont like how the legs for mattel figures are closer together. I still like to play with my figures and I also do animations and with both of those things its pretty difficult or it just looks awkward when doing a move. I was saying "Let's just hope Jakks can pull a Steamboat" as a metaphor. As in one of the older wrestlers, still with talent. Should've clarified that.

lol, i thought the first post would be hate lol, yeah, i mean Jakks has done more accessories than any other company, and the wwf TTL era had some of themost detailed items ever lol, haha oh and see the current mattel 1/1000 belts, never seen them before lol, JAKKS! did actual metalmoulds of the actual belts anyway also see the current Mattel lader? poop compared to jakks or wcw or even ecw/tna lol and the MITB set from mattel complete gimick, AND REMEMBER ALL THE METAL TRUSSES JAKKS GAVE US ALL YOU GUYS USE!!! That's because all of those are targeted towards the Flex Force lines- for KIDS. Jakks doesn't have 5hit on Elite accessories. That's what is for the collectors.
