Question about HBK bend ems fig Apr 4, 2007 7:40:03 GMT -5

I have a real soft spot for the bend ems figures mainly because it was the only way for me to get some of the superstars of the new generation era. Anyway I never noticed till I was sorting out my figs that the HBK one is a fair bit smaller than the rest of the figures are they all like this?
Cheers for any info I know its not been done on purpose to make him in scale as the 123 kid is bigger than him.
