Shockingly I saw the Jeff Hardy Mattel figure, Elite 1 tonight. Someone I know, from my autograph stalking, was at the Jeff Hardy signing tonight in NJ. He had the MOC Jeff Mattel figure from ebay. He confirmed he was the man who bought it on ebay for $600, one whole paycheck. I must say, I thought the figure was cool. But after seeing it up close, its even sweeter. In his right hand is a little white towel. Mattel truly went all out on this. Damn, just imagine what he gets for it on ebay when HE sells it!

heres the pic but not mines Looks terrible signed. The buyer should have bought along a thin tipped marker and ask Jeff to sign in the corner. Now, you can not really see the great job Mattel did on the figure.

That's funny how he says F*** WWE. I mean really? As much as I want that fig it's a good call that they pulled it, seeing as he showed up on TNA 3 days after the fig were to have been released. I guess he'll be heading south for work if he dodges jail time and finish his program with Homicide. When he could have possibly main evented MAINA. A pity as he is one of my fave wrestlers.

OH MY GOD jeff totally scribbled all over it!!! its ruined!!!
I was going to bid in upwards of 1000 for this figure based on my assumed rarity and I let my brother talk me out of it, he kept sayin "there is gonna be tons ofem soon and your gonna feel stupid" well I feel stupid now that I let somebody else buy it for a bargain, just to go ahead and let jeff hardy ruin it...I actually think alot less of jeff now... to not only curse out the promotion that made him, but to destroy someone elses property out of anger about it...he musta been high

Wow, for a minute I thought you found one in a store...lol But, anyway that guy must be a diehard Jeff Hardy fan to spend one whole pay check on the Mattel Elite Jeff Hardy... I don't see why you guys are saying he should have not gotten it personalized and just got Jeff to sign it to put it up on eBay....if I were that guy, I would have gotten it personalized too and held onto it forever... But I should add that if I were that guy, I would have been super ticked off if Jeff wrote " WWE" on a SUPER RARE MOC WWE Mattel Elite Jeff Hardy figure...

Wow he really ruined that figure. With all the writing on it you can't even see the figure through the window. And having it personalized and an obscenity on it will make it hard to sell if he ever decided to. It makes me wish all the more that I had won it. Maybe he didn't buy the figure just to sell it later. He might collect these things because he enjoys them?

I would've also told Jeff I bought it for $600 and then tried to sell it to him for more.

Wait...WWE said they couldn't release them...then why did it still go to Mattel stores that were able to SELL THEM to the general public?

If Jeff doesn't go to jail for drugs, he should go to jail for what he did to that figure.

Priorities change over time...

Here is the direct quote from the guy from the spawn boards ''Ok now for the biggie. When jeff saw this figure he lost his mind. He called over his G/F and shannon moore and then he asked where i got it and i told him. He was saying that he has his G/F contact Mattel cause he wanted one and they wont give it to him and he was telling me that it was WWEs choice not to release this figure and that why he wrote ****** WWE on the figure'' board.spawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273677&page=331link to his posting. I would of felt bad and gave it to him. No you wouldn't have.

I wouldnt get that signed that's a GEM in the collection of anyone who holds it I couldn't agree more. Although, I suspect that since he's a big fan of Hardy, it makes it even better for him. But, as a collector, I'd rather have it with no signature. Takes away from the beauty

But maybe it's value could increase because it has a story with it.

I'm pretty sure he had intentions on getting it signed since day 1. AS far as it saying WWE i would love for Jeff to have wrote that. I mean i'm sure it could be worth a little more b/c of that.

Mad story to read! Don't know what to make of the signing. Obviously the bloke wanted it signed but I wonder if he gave him consent to write on it the wwe?

Wow, it looks like graffiti. I would have felt bad and offered it to him for six hundo if he were my favorite wrestler. If he expected anything less then he would have been the dick. If it were like 50 or 100 dollars I would likely just give it to him, but for $600 you would have to be dumber than a bag of @$$#oles to just give it to him. Of course, I don't have $600 to just wipe my @$$ with and flush.

I'll remember to express my anger on things I sign when I'm famous and ruin them. I mean, really, Jeff, you're pissed at the E because they didn't give you the figure? If anything, he should've written " MATTEL", since they're, you know, the people who produce the figures and would've sent him one.
