I have the figure, and there arent any problems with the ponytail. Yeah, the figures made by Jakks, more so Rob Van Dam figures, have had loose ponytail problems, and eventually, they would tear apart and fall off. That never happened to me though. The elite series 2 Matt Hardy figure has a standard torso. Not too fat and not too skinny.

I have the Elite Matt Hardy figure. It is AWESOME. While the figure torso is NOT as flabby as Matt Hardy in real life, it does not have hardly ANY abdominal definition as Mattel has identified that Matt Hardy is one of the wrestlers who do NOT have impressive physiques.
The Elite CM Punk and Edge figures torsos DO have slight abs to them....but the Matt Hardy figure has almost NONE.
The Matt Hardy Elite figure is the FIRST time Mattel is using this torso I believe.
