As a person who went to WrestleMania 22, I'd love to see/own this!   I really have no idea how it would work but I'll try... i'd be down for it,completes the set with the King of Kings HHH figure...though it'd probably be hat,coat,and shirt removable,with the bands painted and shorts molded...

It is def a good idea. Probably pretty likely to happen as cena figs always sell well.
