I know most of us have at least 1 Jakks RSR. What do you think Mattel can/should improve on when they create their version of a Real Scale Ring?
I have read many posts here about not wanting to buy a Mattel RSR because they are happy with the Jakks version. Is there anything that could be improved upon?

Improve the durability I think, I got the original RSR and the ropes fall off so easily and you can't pick it up and move it elsewhere without a lot of awkwardness.

I wish there was some way to keep the ropes as sturdy as they are when you first set it up. They always get loose over time.

How about some padding like an actual ring?

Durability was the main problem w/ my Rings. I went thru 3 cus the people that come to my house aren't carefully. I've have had people trip and hit a post and it just comes off the bottom screw and the others wore out. I also think that the ropes could be fixed, tighter would be nice. Better support under the ring is necesarry as the post Jakks gave us, didn't really do that well.

Tighter ropes, definitely. The Jakks RSR ropes suck. Also, higher ropes. The top rope should not be crotch level to anyone except maybe the likes of Kane and Big Show. In every Jakks ring, a Rey Mysterio figure could easily step over the top rope.
And I guess, on top of that... -Ring steps -The apron and canvas should be separate pieces (I don't really care about this, but it'd be nice to be able to recreate those apron-based spots like Finlay does)

Hmm...
I would like all the parts to come in the box for one. I obtained the hell in the cell . Waited a year to open it. One of the pieces were not in there. Couldn´t return it by then. So Mattel be MORE CAREFUL with these things please!

This isnt entirely a suggestion based on the ring itself but I'll share it anyways. When I had to pack my RSR up for a few weeks I simply took the posts, feet, ropes, turn buckles and skirt and put them inside the base which was then folded shut. Everything fit fine and when I put it back up nothing was damaged. My point is that the actual box it came in was unnecessarily big. Mattel should look at ways to reduce the packaging size when they get round to making their own RSR, not only would it take up less room for MIB collectors but it would also reduce shipping costs.
Bit of a weird suggestion I know but I thought it was worth mentioning.
