They should invert the tattoo and put it on.

Pepsi should work in conjunction with WWE and make a Pepsi Exclusive Punk.

It's not like we're buying it specifically for those logos. ;D Considering the amount of threads on here that get made about Punk's tattoos, I'd say that might be an inaccurate statement. If a figure came out with the trademarked tats, there'd be all manner of "I'm buying it just for the tattoos!" fanboygasms going on.

i like putting them on there myself, and besides, i wouldn't be surprised if a punk fig would cost more if he did have the copyright tats.
and anyone who paid money for a sticker, tshirt or hat with a logo on it (whether it's a brand-name, shoe company or energy drink related) paid the company to advertise for them. it's like going to work and paying your boss. (i'm guilty of it too)

Well Pepsi tat or not I still haven't bought a cm punk and probably wont. But when it comes to his tattoos, they should be on the toy. They are on his body, and the art work of his various tattoo artist. So technically they are owned by punk, and pepsi can't say anything. And if they do punk should flip it and get money out of them for all the advertisement they get from him every week.

How about Hasbro and Pepsi group together with Mattel for one perfect CM Punk figure?

Its still copyright infringement if Mattel puts the pepsi logo on Punk without permission. Pepsi would be in the right to sue.

But Pepsi would be stupid to complain.....but in all actuality couldn't all the tattoo artists sue also because that's their work on all these figures?
