Are we not living in 2010 at the moment? My phone takes better photos than that.
From what I can tell, it's a good start, though might be a bit too glossy.

Very nice custom there man!!!!!! If you would have painted his boots right so they had the white where the laces would be (like kick-pads) and given him a black and white color scheme for the face paint, this would be an awesome Hardy.
