recently I bought Kevin Nash from KB and his arms only stay in the horizontal postion and move up and down...anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, sometimes the parts appear to be stuck with glue. I noticed it on a Samoa Joe that I sold. I also had that problem with a BG James figure. Broke his arm off trying to fix it, but it was fixable.
Some people suggest boiling the figure for a bit, and then trying to move it around.

ya just boil the part yur having problems with for a few mins or u could always blow dry it too.
