well if its the same guy as before (and i'm sure that can easliy be proven or disproven) then 1 good transaction will not make up for the countless other blatant robberies that he has comitted. i never got my fig from him and was only refunded 28 cents by paypal so needless to say that i hope the guy dies and goes to hell.

As micco said because you had a problem free transaction doesn't make up for the 100s he/she has screwed.Just look at the the old thread.This person does this all the time has a few good transactions then rips tons of people off,then gets kicked off ebay then returns under different names.Just look at his current feedback,it's going down the toilet again.So I'm smoking nothing but rather trying to warn people.

Well, it is the same guy. Most of the same stuff in his ebay store, too. This guy is a mixed bag. He apparently has the bad habit of selling things he hasn't actually gotten yet, then if he can't find them (like the CMLL figures he sold two to three times what he actually had) he just won't bother sending anything and keeps the money. If he has the stuff, then you get it pretty quickly and with no problems. But the buyer beware if you don't pay for insurance, because he will often just not send and make it out to be your problem because you didn't pay insurance and "the post office lost your package"(BTW, he doesn't even actually insure the packages even if you do pay, but he does actually send them). With his last ID (his second I can verify) he must have had ten revenge negitive feedbacks he left claiming he sent and the post office lost it, so they are at fault and the buyer should've used insurance.

insurance was actually required when i dealt with him. it didnt matter though. i won my paypal claim against him as he didnt even argue it, but since paypal takes some kind of $25 service charge, i only ended up with 28 cents. they never suceeded in recovering any additional funds from him and he was off ebay in less than a week after that.

Yeah, and some kid was talking trash about me on some shitty message board, I'd want people to stand up for me. What's your obsession with everyone who was ripped off by him? You want to make him out to be the bad guy, I want to help clear his name since I had no problems with him. I don't want people to see something he's selling on eBay they might want, but not bid on it or buy it because "Oh, lonedog says he's gonna rip me off". I want people to know BOTH sides of the story and that I have done business with him with no problem. So maybe it's better to just say "Bid with caution" as opposed to countlessly pointing out his ripping off of people.

You say you don't care that my transaction went smoothly... Well, I don't give a flying about all the heads who got ripped off by him.
