Pretty good. When you had the stick figure facing front on you should of used more frames in the transition to the side view of him - I don't really know if that makes sense and if it doesn't tell me and I'll do an example. Another thing is that you move the stick figures too far, you need to start off moving it a little bit then gradually get bigger - you can read about it in the guide thread under 'spacing'. Also a lot of the joints weren't moved to well so you should try and remember to move every joint in every frame and lastly you should put more effort into the reaction because at the moment it makes it look although the move didn't hurt at all. Do keep trying though and hopefully you'll get better.

Yeah your movements look good, you just need to learn spacing and to make it look smoother. Good job though I like it.
