Not a horrible show, but pretty forgettable overall.
I missed some pieces of the earlier matches, but I got to see Punk/Rey, which I'm happy about. Very solid match, glad they got a bit more time than at Wrestlemania. Thank god Punk won. Interested to see where things go from here with that mystery man under the ring.
JTG/Shad was pretty bland. I was surprised to see JTG win, I figured he'd be endeavored shortly after the split. Needless to say, this was far from a Pay-Per-View quality match.
Orton/Swagger was decent enough. Again, not quite as good as I would have expected it to be, but it's a match we've seen before on free TV anyway. I missed how the finish went down, I just saw the Powerbomb, did Swagger win cleanly?
Triple H/Sheamus was pretty uneventful. They had a lot to live up to after an above average match at Wrestlemania and they certainly didn't accomplish that tonight (of course, if Triple H is actually injured, it makes sense). I still don't buy into Sheamus and I still think his push is a mistake. This is Sheamus' first legitimate big match win, and even now it came with Triple H selling an injury.
Women's Title match was god awful. I expect much more out of Beth and Michelle, but this was just a total mess.
Jericho/Edge was excellent. One of the few matches all night that warranted it's stipulation. Jericho proved once again that he is one of the best characters in the company right now, and Edge looked stellar. I was slightly disappointed with the uneventful ending, mostly because I felt they had been working up to some big spot to finish it. I expected a spear from the cage, so perhaps that's why I was disappointed. Overall, though, excellent stuff.
As far as the WWE Championship match goes, it's always tough to pull off a Last Man Standing match. Only certain guys are able to do it, and i don't think tonight was one of those occasions. I was dreadfully bored until the final few minutes when the counts began actually making sense. The finish was ridiculous, plain and simple. It wasn't funny, and it sure as hell wasn't extreme. It tarnishes the entire idea of a last man standing match.
Overall, a forgettable show that likely won't mean a whole lot in the long run. The whole night felt very gimmicky, cheap, and forced, and that's only going to get worse now we've got even more gimmick events.

It should of had stayed as Backlash, but with the same matchs tbh.
I found it ridcululous how Morrison was DQ'd...

I cant believe John Morrisons involvment all around.
One minute they let him shine, the next minute they tag him with R Truth and Job him to the miz.
If Sheamus and Swagger are Worlds champions, its time to stop dicking around and let JO MO Have a go.

Man, AWESOME Pay per view. Loved everything about it. Not one bad match.
I really hope the Hart Dynasty win the belts tomorrow, they deserve them. Happy MVP got a match even if he lost, him and Evan need to move shows more than anybody in my opinion. I also hope Nattie gets a shot at the divas title if she goes to Raw. Always nice to see Bret too. Morrison got DQ'ed because the "extreme" match was a Gauntlet match. He didn't break the 5 count.
Like I've been saying, Shad will get released soon. JTG is the star they want to push out of Cryme Tyme and rightfully so. I prefer him cause he's got a better look, a better gimmick, better in-ring skills, is more over and has better mic skills. Total package and should be a good asset to the IC title division.
Beth vs Michelle was a great match. Goes to show if you put 2 women who KNOW who to wrestle in the ring, you'll be satisfied. This was no 2 minute match, no piss break. They went all out, told a story. Michelle is impressive in the ring, but please WWE. Let this match be a warning - DON'T PUSH DIVAS WHO ONLY LOOK GOOD. The divas division should be built around - Nattie, Gail, Michelle, Beth and Melina. That is IT.
God did I mark out when Swagger and Sheamus won. Not only did they win, but they won clean too. Only thing I would change would be Randy getting the upper hand at the end, it was unncessary. And it probably would have been better if Sheamus stared at Swagger, to show that they were the "future", not Randy. Anyways, that is irrelevent, both got their much needed wins and looked great. I have much respect for Randy Orton, he insists on putting guys like Swagger, Rhodes, Sheamus over. That's my gripe with Cena, he never ever does that. Some say it's written that way, I say no. CM Punk offered to take the pinfall last week instead of Gallows, that is a class act. Cena probably just goes along with it and doesn't care, not a fan of that.
Edge/Jericho was good, but the lack of blood ruins cage matches for me, honestly. The top rope codebreaker made me pop huge and I was actually screaming at my TV when Jericho didn't walk out when he had the chance. Mindblowing.
As a Cena hater, I can't deny that last match was good as hell. The finish was great, and it is probably my WWE match of the year right now. Sad to see Batista go, but atleast new guys will get his spot now. He'll be back in no time, hopefully. I sense Sheamus vs Cena now. Cena needs that win back, sadly. Hopefully they do the impossible, the unTHINKABLE and have Sheamus win the belt clean again.
Overall, fantastic PPV. Cannot wait until tomorrow!

Enjoyed the PPV, Not a bad match on the card really. Strap match was ok but atleast they got a PPV match. Swagger and Sheamus got the wins they needed, and Edge vs Jericho was fantastic. Spring board Codebreaker =

I dont get people saying that Sheamus and Swagger won cleanly. I mean technically given the stips they did, but Sheamus had to hit 4 of his finishing kicks and a beatdown before the show?? Not exactly as clean as it could have been. I get where people are coming from though i just think they werent as clean as they could have been.

Swagger didn't hit Orton with the chair technically, Orton was going to use it and Swagger countered and then hit the finisher. So I consider that a clean win. I just wish he didn't beat him down after the match, it wasn't needed at all. You have a point with Sheamus but I'm still happy he won. IMO the win tonight was a cleaner win than the "oh his foot slipped off the rope" TLC match with Cena. The big boot isn't Sheamus' finisher either, the Razors Edge is. So he didn't hit his finisher at all. I hate when people lose to a boot, so Triple H taking 4 of them was realistic to me.

One of his boots is supposed to knock you down for a while.

Pretty solid ppv, way better than i thought it would be. Cage match was best, followed by the hair match. Orton and Swagger did and okay job as well. Last Man Standing was boring until the end, the duct tape was weird it kinda ruins future last man standing matches.

Yeah i was being nitpicky with Swagger vs. Orton, i guess that one could count. But the Sheamus one was kind of a joke ot me. Could of done without the whole beatdown at the start of the show.

Was an alright PPV, crowd was really into it so that helped. I had a few dicks sitting in front of me though, but that kind of got fun because they had an issue with me cheering for Jack Swagger at one point. Haha. Really enjoyed Punk vs. Rey, Jericho vs. Edge, and the last few mins of Cena vs. Batista. Pretty much the rest of the matches were either a letdown (Orton vs. Swagger) or just dragged on and made me turn to games on my iPod touch to keep me entertained (HHH vs. Sheamus).

Yeah, that was a TNA-esque ending. Totally unacceptable.
