Just had this happen to me recently!
I was in an online ranked match. I'm a level 40 at the time against a 97! I got the holy high hell beaten out of me in the first round. I'm talking like 2 or 3 punches and that's it.
So I tell myself that I'm going to run across the cage at the start of round two and throw one punch. If that doesn't KO him, then I'm toast. Round two starts, I do a running jab and BAM! Flash KO. I yelled "OH MY GOD YES!!!" and jumped out of my chair. I gained four levels from that one fight.

I've had some battles with my friends and my brother. I remember a specific one, I was Chuck Liddell and my brother was Keith Jardine. I was whaling on him the whole time, landing body and leg kicks. That's usually my strategy, get him blocking the lower half then time him and throw an over hand right, it's a knock out if you do it right. Well, I was setting up for my over hand right, and he NAILED me with a head kick, ending the fight.
We've done a million of those, each of us probably win 50% of the time.

Easily VS Rampage the other night in Career mode.
Now I've had it easy before with him, but for some reason he just kept catching me in the clinch, and I could never get out. I kept trying and try and could NOT BEAT HIM! It was driving me mad to the point where I even turned down the difficulty and tried him out in Exhibition.
So after getting beat 5 times in a 25 min period, I decided that I had enough and I was going to beat him, no matter what. And if Forrest/Rampage taught me anything, it's that Rampage doesn't check leg kicks.
So at first, I kept my distance, catching him with some good leg kicks and jabs, while moving just slightly backwards to keep out of his reach. I had 5 inches on him, so that helped as well. So he finally catches me with a body punch, and gets me in the clinch. Goes for a knee, and gets reversed into a takedown. I get to mount, get in a few good hammerfists, and get thrown off.
As soon as we are both to our feet, he flys at me with his overhead right hook. I reverse that, and we are back on the ground again. Same story, with him pushing me off again. Finally we get back into the middle of the cage, and it's back to plan A. Jab, Jab, Leg Kick. Kick, Jab, Kick. Just comboing the **** out of him. He had also been circling to the left all round, so I jab, he circles, and I clocked him with a right hook and knock him to end the first round.
My stamina was still in the dark green area. After one round, Rampage was bright red.
The second round starts, and he comes charging at me and just nails me with a right hook. Sends me straight to the ground, and he follows. I'm laying on my back, and as he's about to jump down into my guard, I kicked him right in the face. As he stumbles back, I get back up to my feet. He jabs, I move back, and he comes closer. I jab, he circles to his left again, and BOOM. Lights out for Rampage.
It was honestly one of those fights where I really did feel proud watching my hand get raised. KO of the Night and Fight of the Night are always nice to get as well.

I've had so many great fights both online and offline, so I really can't choose just one. But one of my favorites was this LHW match with Rashad Evans for the gold.
We took each other to the third round and by that time we were both exhausted. We'd exchange for a bit, I'd basically get the better of the exchange, then I'd get taken down and pounded until I managed to work my way back up or transition to mount from rubber guard. Even when I was in a dominant position, I didn't stay that way for long. We were deep into the round and Rashad hit me with a right hook that rocked me. I stumbled back and threw a Hail Mary headkick.
It ended up hitting Rashad right as he was going for a left hook and knocked him out. It was beautiful, he went through the motion of completing his punch even in mid-fall. Then he fell down on his side kinda like how Chuck Liddell fell when Rashad knocked him out IRL.
It was a pretty amazing fight and to this day it stands out as one of my favorites.

Last night I was defending my title against Griffin. 10 seconds into the first round, I catch him in the clinch, knee him in the stomach, and give him a huge uppercut that apparently hit him "right on the button" because he was out.

I set up a 8 man tournament, winner fights Llyoto for the belt. Had a website randomly set up the brackets and I flipped a coin to see who I would control. In the end Forrest won the tournament beating Wanderlei, Rashad and Tito.
So I used Forrest to try slay the dragon, was an amazing back and forth battle on the ground and standing up. Machida on expert blocks nearly everything so getting good shots in takes patience as we all know lol. But in the end after 5 grueling rounds and an awesome fight to end the tournament, the judes decided it was a unanimous DRAW. My first ever draw, and I only got 2 more after that out of 1200+ fights.
