So I'm trying to find this out for someone. Say that you ordered something that is on backorder but you end up getting it from someone or find it in a store and you want to cancel your ringside order since you already have it. Normally ringside is nice and good people to work with, how are they with these situations? Do you have to call and cancel your order or can you do it online? Will you get a refund? -Thanks +1 for each question you answer, if it's already answered the first person gets the +1 Thanks!

if they have already shipped and or charged your card the only thing i could think of is to return it and try and get a refund once it arrives otherwise your screwed as i dont think they cancel orders normally.

Well I know it's not shipped, back order til Mid-May.
And I'm not sure if her card has been charged or not..
She said she'll call tomorrow but I wanted to see if I could get any ahead of time info.

If it hasn't shipped, you can cancel the order or exchange it for something else.

They usually charge your card as soon as you place the order. At least that's what they said last year when I asked about that back when my credit card was hacked from another online store. I called them to see if I needed to give them a new card because I still had a perorder with them on the old card that I had placed a month or so before my credit card was hit with fraudulent charges. But they said they didn't need a new card as my order was processed when I placed it.

Thanks for the help guys.
I just spoke with Ben through the chat on the ringside page.
He told me that she would get her money back and he told me that she could call to cancel, she could email him or she can get on the chat herself and cancel the order so I have already informed her of the 3 options.
Ringside customer service are great to work with and that's why I keep my service to them because they always have what I want and are great people to work with.
Rock on Ringside Staff!
