Does anyone else notice how Entrance Greats come with gear such as attire and what not, it is a basic figure at $20.00. Legends figures come with entrance attire, it is an Elite figure, and from RSC's prices it looks like they will be $15.99 or so. Sounds like a score that Legends is a way better value than Entrance Greats.
Entrance Greats come with a stand with music...is that enough to out-do Legends? I don't think so.

I love the Entrance Greats and will be getting 5 of the Piper and one of every other old school wrestler they come out with. I'll be buying all the Legends as well, but I like the Basic styled figure more than the Elite, because any Elite wearing trunks looks like he has a reverse wedgie going on because they look like they are cut so high. If they weren't going to use their DCUC stlyed hips then Mattel should have had the upper part of the hip molded as part trunks like Jakks did on their DA's.

The way I see it is that Entrance Greats get the higher price tag due to the music stand which isn't necessarily needed IMO. There nice but it's still a Basic figure. I for one will be collecting the Legends line and maybe pick up an Entrance Great here and there. I plan on being a MOC Legends collector and you just can't hang MOC Entrance Greats on your wall....LOL....The only Entrance Greats I own at the moment are a MOC and a loose Wrestlemania 12 HBK.

Yeah I think it's the music stand. I'd prefer it to be minus the music stand and be cheaper.

I will be collecting the Entracnce greats still, despite the prices cos i think they really look nice in the packaging.. the legends MOC also looks really great.. but i do agree with PJ on the wedgie thingy regarding elite figures so to save the trouble, i'll be keeping them all MOC :-)

Certainly; a stand with music chip is more expensive than some clothing.

Personally I think the musical base is a must. I can't wait to start driving my wife crazy playing Piper's. I've been trying to do that with the Triple H, but she likes Motor Head. It's been slowly working with HBK's but I think the bag-pipes will be the one that gets he as I'll be playing that one nonstop. Bwah ha ha!

Piper is tied with Bret as my all-time favorite wrestler. One will be in my Basic setup, one will be in my Legends setup, one will be at my computer table, one will be left MOC, one will be to play around with. (at 43 I don't play with my figures, but that one I will make an exception)
