Well, this morning after class, I dropped by Target to check for UFC series 3, I came up empty handed, but I did manage to find the Rey/Evan Bourne two-pack. I've been dying for an Evan Bourne fig and didn't wanna pass this up since I've only seen it twice ever.
So I buy it, Evan is great, awesome fig, one of my favs from Mattel so far...
Rey Rey's arm falls right off like 40 seconds out of the package. lol
Well, my only real option is the take it back since it's a defective product, but I really don't wanna return the Bourne too since I've only found him twice and it was the only one they had.
Any advice on how to handle this?

Any advice on how to handle this? Find a Basic Rey Mysterio and return the broken one in the Basic box and say it was broken. It's pretty much the truth anyway, you paid for a Rey and it was broken,...you deserve your money back. That way you keep your Evan and get a working Rey Mysterio.

Call Mattel and tell them what happened they usually let you keep it and send you a check for the price of the bad figure.

yeah, best advice is to call mattel and tell them about the defective product, I'm pretty sure they will replace the 2 pack.

Do what I usually do, Bring both of them back and say rey was broken but you want to keep the bourne.
When they get a replacement you can swap bourne and rey in for a brand new one!

Call Mattel and tell them what happened they usually let you keep it and send you a check for the price of the bad figure. This. They'll ask you a few questions about the product number (the number on the foot if you don't have the box still) and then they'll send you a manufacturer's coupon for a new one

Keep looking for another rey/bourne pack. Than return the defective one once you find a new one.

Call Mattel! They are VERY helpful and understanding. When I bought my first Elite, Undertaker, his arm ripped off when I was taking the jacket off. It was sort of my fault, but... I mean, his jacket is removeable. So, I told the story to Mattel...gave the product number, upc, store it was bought, etc.....
About 1 week later I received a check(for a Mattel product) in the mail for 16 bucks.
Please don't abuse this though - or else Mattel will not comply, and people who do experience real problems with figures will no longer have Mattel's great service.
