You did a very nice job on Crusher and Bruiser! Your sculpting skills are improving with every post! Keep going!!! Thanks man. I really appreciate the compliment especially coming from an amazing customizer such as yourself. On a side note, I sulpted a beer can and painted it. I seemed to have lost one of the beer cans that came with a Stone Cold fig. I also borrowed the recipe for a cigar from a fellow board member WillyWonka, the cigar is a toothpic painted brown with a red tip. I have many more customs coming, thanks again for all the comments, keep em coming.

Hey guys, the baby is here and things are finally starting to settle down a bit, here are a few customs that I did not get a chance to post until now. Here is the big man from Eagle Pass, Blackjack Mulligan. As you can see I used a Windham head, cut and painted the hair, and sculpted a stach. Mulligan is also wearing my very first leather belt. I still plan on adding a clear coat to this figure since I like them be a bit glossy. Up next are 3 figures that I could no longer be without. Kerry, Kevin & David Von Erich I still have a little work to do on Kerry's boots, Kevins tights, and David's hair. I love how these turned out, and I can't wait to make Mike & Fritz. This next figure is actually completed, however I have not been able to take an updated picture, so I am posting the unfinished one that I have on my camera. AWA version of "Cool" Curt Hennig Here is my WCCW version of "Gentleman" Chris Adams. Up next is "The Handsom Half-Breed" Gino Hernandez. Here is a custom of one of my all-time favorite characters, along with his extremely underrated manager. The Missing Link Originally I used a Kurt Angle head, but when I saw how amazing AxHennig's came out with the Volkoff head, I decided to copy. Here is the Link with the great General Skandor Akbar. A little bonus pics of Akbar and a few members of Devastation Inc. Here is a Mid-South version of JYD. I will post better pics tomorrow. Thanks for being patient guys, I still have a ton of customs that are nearly completed.

Missing Link is awesome, perfect.
The TTL Billy Gunn head works great for David. I might have to try that myself!
What head did you use for Adams? Lawler? It looks great, whichever one you used.
Akbar is a great use of Taz. Very nice.
I think there might be a little too much space between the two parts of Mulligan's mustache.
Everything looks great! Keep em up!

Yes I did use a Lawler head for Adams, I think it works well. As for Mulligan's stach, I agree. I will fix that up before I finalize my display.

Here is my next batch of customs. Hope you guys enjoy them. Here is my first crack at making a Macho Man. I decided to go with his WM5 attire since it was the easiest. Here is the Mighty Hercules. I still have to paint the sculpted ears. Here is a Mid-South version of Dr. Death in white tights. Mid-South JYD. The Midnight Rockers. Here is a late 80's version of "The Total Package" Lex Luger.

WOW June! Your skills are rapidly improving, and its great to see that!
What head is that on Kerry Von Erich? I have seen it used like a billion times, but I was never able to put my finger on it!
Keep up the great work, XWF;D

I like the idea of Lugers hair but it looks too thick and long around the forehead. I like your Midnight Rockers set. Im currently working on a custom version of them in their black attires. (since it seems the red ones get done by everyone)

Luger's hair looks really bad in the front, but is easily fixed. You should use an exacto knife and carefully cut off the hair in front and resculpt.
You need to make a separation on the hair so it follows his part and doesn't just look like solid bangs. Then when you are doing the detail, don't just make slight impressions in the hair. Make some deep depressions first then come back and make the fine depressions. As well, the hair in the front is just too flat looking. Sometimes you can just work your sculpting tool(toothpick, dental pick, sculpting tool, whatever you are using) under the front and puff it out a little, adds the volume the hair needs and helps give it that real look.
What I notice on all of your work is that the hair sculpting is very lacking, but everything else looks decent. There's spots where you can work oh the edges and getting some of the coats more crisp. But the main thing is work on your hair sculpting. It's something that takes most of us a lot of practice to get going right. When you are doing hair, look at Jakks hair and try to replicate some of the movement and layering. It'll do wonders to your figures.
