1. La Parka 2. Psicosis 3. Lizmark Jr. 4. any Villano 5. Juventud Guerrera 6. Curry Man 7. Blitzkrieg 8. Jushin Thunder Liger 9. Ultimo Dragon 10. Assassin 1 or 2  I don't necessarily think they're the best masked wrestlers ever, but those would be the ones I want. I would LOVE to have a good La Parka figure. |

I didn't include Muta because I don't picture him with a mask when I think of him. I would prefer a classic Muta with face paint.

El Santo is #1. After him: Mil Masceras, La Parka, Psicosis, Cibernetico, Hayabusa, Lyger, Blue Demon, Lizmark Jr. and Mantaur (haha) If Jakks at least gives us Japanese legends I'll be happy, since we're getting AAA-USA figures (Well, also Mexicans from CMLL and just not AAA)

You cannot hold it to 10 in ocnsidering figures to make. There have been way too many to consider. They all were not great wrestlers, but consider the figures that could be produced. How about some of these not yet named:
