The winners for the WrestlingFigs Custom Countdown have been chosen!
Here is a Figure Insider video showcasing their work and bringing a whole new spotlight to the world of wrestling figure customization!
Enjoy and thank you for entering. Great, wonderful work from all who entered and I really enjoyed seeing your customizations as I'm sure everyone else did.
There will be minor rule ammendments for the next edition of the contest, but for the most part it worked out extremely well and I'm glad to have been able to be a small part of setting this up.
Be on the lookout for the next edition!

Yeah that's my fault. Really sorry about that. Thought I had seen it listed as Beyond somewhere. Knew deep down it was Beyondo! I'm sure he'll enter and place in future contests... |

Ugh that Mr Anderson head is so ugly...perfect choice for madison rayne
I'd never seen that #1 figure before it was amazing

And nice choices for a Top 5, although I feel like these are selections from the past year. Maybe you should tone it back and say they have to be recent customs (although that would be harder to verify). |

I thought Curry Man and Glacier were the 2 best on the custom countdown.
The jacket on Warrior was extremely detailed and amazing looking. But the custom itself was slightly less spectacular than Curry or Glacier.

Pretty neat! Fun to see the customs people make! Wish I had the patience to make these, would love to use them on my animated show! Can't wait to see future episodes of this! Thanks for sharing! |

Hey, that was pretty neat, didn't think a video was going to be made for this.
It'd be cool if in the future, rather than participants posting their older customs, they post new ones instead. Maybe that would spark some life into this board, and inspire people to make new customs.

Good job on the countdown. The intro was really good and added a nice touch to the countdown. What kind of rule amendments are in the works? Even though I was one of the ones that submitted previous work, I wouldn't mind a rule making the figures be more recent. Might give some of us that haven't made a whole lot lately some encouragement to make something.

They were all very cool figures. Can't go wrong with the Warrior (Zombie or with a sweet duster), Curry Man was hot, and Kane looked very cool, from a movie that I was totally surprised that I enjoyed.
But I thought Glacier was the coolest. If we could get him, Mortis, and Wraith as legends figs? Sweet. Great job all around, guys.

That is a slap in the face to me, but putting a deepfreeze custom at #1 is a slap in the face to all of us. If you had any idea about customizing, you'd know why. I can't imagine any respectable customizer participating in these jokes again and getting judged by "experts"

I know a lot of you guys take plastic figurines very seriously, but it's reeeaaalllyyy not that big of a deal. Just really uncalled for comment, imo. |
