No comment about the stiffness about cena please. *note* this is my first time using alexgg's table so it broke a bit weried. Thats for the awesome sticks alex.

Spacing is better, now you need to work on the movements, the arms/legs should be slowly moving up and the back slowly moving, instead of staying the same throughout. Have a look at my table break in the first aid thread, it shouldn't bend down like that both sides should collapse or show pres-sue/impact on it. The reactions need more of a bounce and again more arm/leg movement.
You didn't want a comment on cena but I'm going to say hes stiff anyway, the legs should show bending under weight and a small spring as the move goes along, the body should follow through the move even after letting go as he realistically would just stop, especially in that pose.
Looks like your improving so thats good news.
