Also, the game against England is only one game. We win our others, and the only signifigance is in seeding Seeding is crucial, the difference between getting teams like Germany and teams like Nigeria in the second round. yep, it is Love Wavin' Flag. Pissed we've lost Ferdi and Becks but I'm still confident of 4/4 wins up untill the QF's...

Hooray for both France and Italy being eliminated so early. Couldn't have happened to two better countries.

Shocking to see the 2006 winners and runners up both being eliminated so early. But after their dismal first matches it wasn't hard to see.

England fans have nothing to be confident about especially how they came into this cup with the mentality that they would destroy everyone and have done everything but that.... I'm sorry but that's completely inaccurate. England have always been underachievers, and we never go into a tournament thinking we'll 'destroy' everyone. If anything, we go in fearing Argentina, Portugal, Germany and penalties. Anyway, I'm not so sure USA will be progressing further. Ghana are a very good side.

2 quality free kicks from Japan. Honda is certainly a player to look out for in the future.

I didn't realise everyone in England worked for the Sun newspaper.

I didn't realise everyone in England worked for the Sun newspaper. I'd be very shocked if you didn't agree with that 2 months ago.

I'm gonna say it now I don't think Spain will qualify. If Spain draw and Switzerland win they're out and I can see that happening. I didn't realise everyone in England worked for the Sun newspaper. I'd be very shocked if you didn't agree with that 2 months ago. perhaps if the world cup was in Europe I would've though that but USA often do well when the world cup is outside of Europe. Algeria should have been easy very annoying that we played so badly.

I didn't realise everyone in England worked for the Sun newspaper. I'd be very shocked if you didn't agree with that 2 months ago. I was expecting a win over Algeria and Slovenia, I'll admit, but not one over the US. And I wasn't expecting big wins over the other two either.
