Remember a couple weeks ago when C.M Showstopper wanted to start up some kind of new tournament and how 'offended' you were because he supposedly stepped on your toes. I seem to remember a couple guys who were calling him names like 'stalker' because I guess he gets a lot of autographs, I dont know maybe its his thing. Yet I didnt see you rush to his defense about 'how we shouldnt make fun of people living their dreams out' in fact I didnt see you ever run to anybody else's defense when he was personally attacking someone and trust me he did it alot. I really dont want this to turn into an argument between you and me, christ this isnt even my thread. I dealt with my problems with him but it seems his name keeps coming up all the time. In my opinion he gets what he deserves and nobody should stick up for him. If you got screwed in some deal you'd be on here too complaining. actually i've been screwed on about four deals on here and countless times on ebay. when it happened here, i reported it to the classifieds mods and posted something in the chat thred for trades and that was it. ebay i just left bad feedback, why piss and moan like this for three damn pages? anyway as for the thing with c.m. showstopper, i said my peace about what i felt was a slight, but i made no comments about his personal life myself, as for others, i can't control what they say. |

See Trap thats the whole point. You comment on a thread about Gate and say why bitch and moan but every time you have a contest all you guys bicker and moan for like four pages but thats ok right?. This ace funk guy came on and spammed the entire first page to move this thread off the first page but thats ok too right?. It seems the customizers are sticking together as usual to protect their friend and business associate but who protects Gates customers huh? I see the same guys defend him over and over but never chime in or chastise him when he's doing wrong but have no problem jumping in and chasting anyone else when they judge them for supposedly doing something wrong. I think the problem is you and a few other guys get worried this will hurt your business, which by the way the kind people at Wfigs let you guys advertise for free on their board, as this topic came up a few months ago. But of course its me thats wrong for complaining, never on of the elite who look down on everyone else and everything they say is golden. Maybe you should have a talk with Gate and tell him to straighten up?

I myself have dealt with titantrap before and have absolutely no problems with him what so ever. However i don't agree totally with what he is saying, which is fine, not everyone has to share the same view. What I do want to say is - I strongly believe that there is a point to this thread. It doesn't matter if its a bitch thread. The simple fact is there is far too many people out there who have been f&*ked over by iknowshannonmoore. And if having this thread circulates the word around this whole place and helps people have a better understanding before buying from him then I say great! To those who are complaining about this thread being here - THERE IS NO ONE HOLDING A GUN TO YOUR HEAD TELLING YOU TO COME AND READ OUR BITCHING AND MOANING. If you want to post that you have had good experiences with the guy and that you think people should buy from him then thats fine but honestly why the f&*k do you guys think you are more important than the rest of us and can tell us what type of threads we can have. I thought thats what the Mods are for. Not you guys. The guy who posted in every other thread to knock this one off the first page - seriously, you made you GOD for the day. See thats what gets me! Only certain'elite'members on here can say or do what they want and their buddies all chime in on their side. I was specificly waiting for a few members to chime in on his behalf or say how this doesnt belong here. And I do think it was one of the biggest sissy moves to post on every thread to knock this one off the main board, I guess someones Saturday night wasnt too exciting. There's a school of thought on this forum where only certain memebers are allowed to view their opinions and anyone else who might shouldnt be heard from. As you can see I barely post on here, I am not a customizer and I dont contribute anything to this forum but who says I cant voice my opinion like everyone elses? But when the custom tournament thread goes on forever with five guys whining about who won and who desrved to win no one seems to mind that right? Thats seems fine to the 'elite' because its one of their own. And I enjoy seeing the customs I really do. I dont enjoy seeing people get jerked around or ripped off. I wish all these guys protecting Gate would apply that to the people he ripped off and stole money from.

It would appear that some around here believe bitching and moaning are worse offenses than stealing money.
Why does it bother certain people so much that we are bitching about the guy. HE STOLE OUR FREAKIN MONEY. We have every right to be p1ssed.

If one of his "good friends" would tell him to stop being a piece of s**t and make good on all of the people he has f**ked over, maybe we wouldn't have to make 3 page bitch fests about what a crooked piece of garbage he is.
Then the other customizers on this board whose threads are getting pushed down because of it, wouldn't also be getting screwed.

This is good I saw this because I was gonna buy a custom BOB SAPP on ebay under his name. it kept being bid on but he would take it off and start the auction again so I didn't buy it. next thing I know a guy named scrachineproductions had the sapp in his mma vids and he had got it from shannonmoore off ebay not long after I saw it on ebay so I guess he wasn't F'**ked over. here is a vid with the sapp

I used to know Tony quite well and bought about five customs off him total a few years back. My earliest transactions with him went great and he was a pleasure to do business with. At one point, I even considered Tony to be a friend of mine.
However, as time went on, our relationship strained. I remember buying a Low-Ki custom off him and never thinking I'd get it. However, after several months of waiting, I finally did. I was shocked the day the figure arrived at my doorstep because I thought he had given up on me.
The best advice I can give you is to be patient. The more you nag him, the more he tends to wait things out longer. Quite frankly, Tony's a pretty weird dude and you'll just have to bear with him. If worse comes to worse, file an eBay complaint and you should be able to get your money back. At this point, I can only wish you the best, man.

Ironically, when he first came to WFigs, he was made fun of constantly for a variety of reasons. Eventually it stopped and then his ego got out of control. i could give two poops who you bitch about but the keep it off the main board. Gate is a friend, but i don't care if you don't like him and want to rant about it, but by the rules the main board is for posting work not crying about Gate. I've mentioned many times in the chat thread when it's brought up that Gate is a dick and the guy is my friend. Talking openly about getting screwed over on a deal is one thing but talking poop about a guys actual life and career is really in poor taste and irrelevant to what your complaining about. It's really easy to make fun of a guy who works indies, but at least those guys have the balls to go out there and try to live the dream of the wrestling fans, how many of us can say we've done that. Also i'm pretty sure the talk about Beyondo's name being wrong on the video was actually in the thread about the video, not pushing down people's work on the board. Gee....didnt realize this was still going on. But Titan.....you are not the MOD on this board. If the MOD felt this thread was out of place, he would move it, lock it or however he sees fit to deal with it. If you dont like it being on the main page.....feel free to PM the mod with your complaint. Living your dream on the indys? Yeah, check. Thats me. I am not making fun of his appearance or his videos. While WFigs has many cliques, there are NO so called "elite" members outside the classifieds board. Just because you dont post here as much as I do, does not mean you are not entitled to your own opinion, regardless if it differs with the masses. I will say that I dont really see anyone defending Gate ripping off his customers. Yes, his friends defend him.....but isnt that what a good friend is supposed to do? Defend the good and play damage control with the bad. |
