Seems so..
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that although WWE creative did write Raw in a way that pushed the fans towards voting one particular way in each of the Viewer's Choice bouts, it should be noted that the voting was 100% legit and that the fan voting percentages shown on TV were actually the way the fans voted.

There's no way they were rigged. WWE just gave an option that they knew the majority would vote for and then 2 other options that nobody wanted to see. The Cena/Punk match was definitely not what they expected to happen. You could see Cena talking to the ref for like 5 minutes before the match about what needed to be changed. They expected Cena vs Rey for sure

The choices were horrible, they should of made things hard to choose from. Not something that everyones going to vote.

If the voting was rigged, the choices would've been more interesting. They could've put anything in there and just said the safe option won.

Yeah no way was it rigged. I bet their plan was, Rey vs. Cena, with NXT ruining the match and beating up 2 of the top faces. I think Rey would have been right there along with Cena on the beat down and it wouldnt of been as focused on Cena.

No, it wasn't rigged, but as the atricle states, they did things on the show to influence certain votes.
E.g. Kane's segment before Sheamus' match, etc.

It's the same thing with Cyber Sunday. They always lean it so you want to vote for someone. I really wouldn't be surprised though if they were banking on having Mysterio win the vote, and it just so happened that Punk got it.

I know it wasn't rigged because the voting percentages on Raw were exactly the same as on the WWE Universe chat.
