I've always wondered though... How, where, and when did this guy get his start?
He just... showed up in Sherlock Holmes, and now he's everywhere.

Am I right in thinking Mark Strong will also be playing Sinestro? Someone definitely deserves a promotion right there. Loved him in Kick Ass!

He was also Mussawi in Syriana, was in Guy Ritchie's two previous movies before Sherlock, and Stardust. He's a great actor, most people would be surprised at the things he's done because he hasn't started to get recognition by the public until Sherlock.

Mark Strong is quickly becoming one of my favorite actors. He was incredibly creepy in Sherlock Holmes, hilarious in Kick-Ass, and I can't wait to see how he does as Sinestro in Green Lantern next Summer!

I think he was in Body of Lies as well. If I remember correctly he wasn't a villain though.
But he still has nothing on the legacy of Rutger Hauer.

He's pretty damn good at playing bad.
I'm excited to see him in Green Lantern for sure.
