I really hate sculpting, but did it for this piece, as I wanted to do a Jeff with short hair. I also sculpted his belt buckle and his cargo pants pockets and his back pockets. I neglected to take a pic. of that. Just for got. But you might be able to see the back pockets in the back picture. I think the arm bands turned out better than my last effort, but still not as well as I have seen others do it. For the hair, I really wanted to capture the effect that Jeff dies his hair. So if you see some small random spots of blonde or brown along his temple....they were painted like that. I wanted it to have a bit of a colored hair effect. This looks isnt based off any particular time of Jeff. Just colors I liked and his beard from the last time I got a photo with Jeff. Let me know what you think.     |

its solid, the armbands look good. I'm not a fan of the painted head and unpainted body I really like the hair, and it looks good I don't think the head is painted, skin tone wize . . . I think it's just a little difference in the plastics between the mattel body and the jakks head . . . I dont really see any problem with it, seeing as how Jeff smears so much crap on his face anyhoo. Very nice custom! |
