How do I make Big John Studd taller?

red Andre the giant boots. i think you need to do a bit of sanding on the joint to make it fit smoothly though. and of course paint the tights.

anyone here got pics of this for sideous? and can anyone confirm whether you need to sand down the joints? cos i'm not 100% sure.

after having tlips' legs right then and there and looking at bjs' joints, i didnt see a conceivable way. i guess sanding would be in order? my customizing skills are extremely limited.

You could just get the CSDA Studd. But other than that you need to get the Andre/Big Show lower legs. Shave or cut down the eye-hook so the lower legs fit the Studd knees and repaint them.

you will need andre boots... and will need to paint em... also a pair of white knee pads to even out the build look of the legs... do a few coates of white on the andre lower leg mold..

then a few coates of red on the boots...

i recommend a tooth pick for doing in the white laces and the edge of the boot heels..

the knee joint will fit ya just gotta force the peg threw the knee hole into the leg pice hole with a pair of plyers... will take a little finess.. the knee pads wil also help hide the plyer marks...

i did studd like this and he look cool but later i decided to just put him on a andre body and paint his tights and boots on...

he is a andre body fully except for the arms..tose are the delux bigger muscle arms to even him out...

Yes that would be me. The super easy way to do it with no sanding or drilling (just a lil paint) is to use the Thunderlips legs. They switch over and fit perfectly and give him just a lil extra height. Not as big as Andre but not as small as say Undertaker or Hogan

You might like to check out the custom section of the forum. You will have to cut off the legs and add clay or epoxy to fill out the difference you are lacking, sand and paint over, it's a difficult step.

I used to add cardboards cut to the shape of their soles and wrapped around with vinyl tapes and double sided tapes to add height to the soles. Easier this way, but only good if you need to add a little bit of height

I used Big Show legs to make Sid taller-the fit was tight but it worked out great.

I would just get the DA to make Studd Taller.....thats what I did with my nWo-I just stuck CSDA Nash in there

So it will be tall with skinny ass lil arms like most of their figures or tall with normal arms but no neck like Dusty Rhodes or will it just be highly detailed with weak ankles?
