i like it exept for the hair. the hair looks too bright

hard to tell but it looks very well done for A first custom. I agree the hair is A little too bright, try maybe putting in A very light wash of light brown to give it A little bit of depth and shadow to the hair.
The skin tone looks pretty good but like I said its hard to see the details from the video but good job.

I like it expect for his hair. I don't know what but it looks weird.
You said it's your first custom but the Punk in the video isn't one? Have you got photos of it?
