It proves that they will attack everybody they feel need be. You sorta got that the last few weeks when they came out and attacked Cena then Vince. I mean, just to bring up TNA since someone did. How boring would it be if Tommy Dreamer kept coming to the crowd and sitting down each week? Sure, the first time it'd be cool to see, but who would care after week 3? They keep introducing older ECW wrestlers with him. It's something new to raise questions. Is it what Abyss is talking about 'Them'? Is it what Sting is talking about, bringing down TNA? What questions are there from the NXT invasion Why are they doing this? Cause they didn't win contracts? Cause the superstars shunned them? I mean, where in those questions make a compelling storyline? Going by that logic, the possible ECW Invasion is better than the years of the nWo attacking WCW because the possible ECW angle provides "intrigue", something nWo didn't. |
