Anyone know the story? He did Classics for Jakks, don't see why he would not for Mattell.

They mentioned a big name that got pushed back to series 4 or 5. To me its gotta be either Warrior or Savage. Im a HUGE Warrior fan so I would love to see one, and Im sure we will get it sooner or later. Im kinda hoping the big name is Savage though because think of how many doors that will open in regards to 2 packs, Entrence Greats, Attires etc... Plus if they sign Savage they can make a Warrior figure from Wrestlemania 7 with the Macho trunks/knee pads.

I'm hoping Warrior gets put in the Legends and Entrance Greats. I guess it would be cool, but he doesn't really need an entrance great as the legends will more than likely come with his entrance gear. Same with Piper and M$M. Those could have been saved for Legends even HBK. Y2J is ok I guess as I don't think he would qualify as a Legend yet. Entrance greats I think should be saved for very unique entance gear like the HHH and Rey figures. Not that any are bad figures. I like them all actually and would rather pay 15 than 20 for each. But to stay on topic I hope Warrior gets one soon, Macho Man as well. |

I'm still pissed that Jakks never made a DA Legends Ultimate Warrior. So, I would be elated if Mattel made both an Elite AND an EG Warrior.

I really don't see why we wouldn't get one. Warrior is a money grubbing whore. I agree, though. I would prefer Savage (even though it looks like regardless of his signing my dream Mega Powers 2 pack or 3 pack with Elizabeth is not a possibility). I could see it with a cape, headband, and glasses. A Macho King would be so awesome. I am not really excited by a Warrior, because if there is one guy the Jakks got right several times it was Warrior.

If the new Rick Rude figure has the Warrior picture on the back of his tights, then that would be indication that they've signed Warrior to a deal. I'd love to see a Mattel Warrior/Savage. The gear that these guys wore are perfect for someone of Mattel's stature to do. |

I want Warrior to sign a deal with both companiesso I can have excellent Mattel Warriors and Jakks Blade Runner figures.
although I do think Mattel will have signed Sting in a year or two when his time with TNA is done.

I just don't think there is much,outside of him going to TNA for some reason,that will keep us from getting a Mattel Warrior. Thankfully I don't see himgoing to TNA but you never know I guess.
