So I received the PPV4 Undertaker from my uncle as a gift (great figure) and as I took him out of the package, his right leg wouldn't move. I tried slowly moving it and it snapped off. I could of easily returned it to the store, but my uncle lost the receipt. Anyway, I've heard about some WFers calling Mattel Support and providing them with certain info on the figure and getting a coupon to be able to re-buy it. My question is, can you help me figure out what exactly I need to provide, just so I can be ready when I try to call. I just need to know the basics, like:
Do I need the UPC? Would I have to return or take a pic of the broken figure? Do they send you a coupon, and if so how long would it take to receive it?
If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Try to exchange it at the store without a receipt. It might work it might not.

You could always re-buy the figure and return the broken one with your new receipt.

Both methods seem like a good idea. Thanks to the both of you for helping me out. I'll try out Young's idea first and if it fails, I'll go with Dean's. Thanks again.

If it was Wal-Mart, more than likely they'll take the exchange no problem. Good luck dude! Sorry about the figure.

isn't there a number on the bottom of the feet that can be given to mattel support for a voucher?

You'll need the UPC or the product number. The product number is one of the two numbers printed on his foot. It takes a couple days to arrive and is good for a month
