You know how Progressive has a weird way of counting their commercials? They refuse to count a couple of them, making the amount of episodes inconsistent. The reason for this is a lost Commercial.

The episode is very difficult to find, I needed to first sign up for Progressive but luckily their trained personal helped me switch from Geico, and research shows I can save up to over 353 dollars a year signing up with them. They also let me know that we're helping the environment because by doing mostly everything online we save trees. And since I just bought a truck and they're the number 1 truck insurer in the country so it was just overall a smart decision.

A month after registering an e-mail was forwarded to me by Phil Swift, my Agent. Phil forwards me cool funny e-mails all the time, it really makes me feel like I'm part of a family and not just an unpersonalized insurance. But this time it wasn't a funny cat meme. It was a video file titled "ProgressiveLostCommercial.avi", I had no clue what it could be at all so I made sure to install that Norton anti virus free trail I had on my PC before downloading it. Still, even with my firewall on and my norton on my PC, my computer turned off automatically and I had to do a complete system reboot.

I used my copy of Visual Basics to recover the video afterward.

When I started the video it started out like all the others. Flo was in her gigantic white store with endless amounts of isles. Except this time there were no boxes on the isles. Flo is there but she isn't talking and refuses to smile, always looking to the floor. A customer walks up to her and says something along the lines of "I want to switch from my insurance provider, how do I know I'm making the right choice?" Flo stands there, almost afraid to make eye contact and points to the magic board on the roof that tells them how much they would be saving by switching to Progressive. The man looks around for assistance because Flo standing like that seems to be making him awkward.

He begins to walk away but Flo doesn't try to stop him or anything, she just stands there like an autistic child. After the customer leaves, a man in a blue suit comes to Flo. "You let another one get away, Flo." Says the business man. Flo begins turning away from him but the man grabs on to her and begins smacking her angrily. "THAT MAN WILL NEVER SWITCH TO PROGRESSIVE NOW." Flo begins to cry silently.

This is when things begin to start getting weird.

The man keeps slapping Flo, and soon her facial features being to dissipate until they're completely gone. Even after this the man continues to beat her very angrily. He then takes off Flo's clothes to her panties and puts a large potato sack on top of Flo. Flo begins to shake violently under the bag and blood starts to seep through. This is when the video blurs and the progressive logo appears over it.

I was totally shocked by this video and I filed a complaint to my Progressive agent but when I called in to make a complaint, they said that my agent doesn't exist in the company, and that I still haven't made the switch over to progressive. "You can still lose that 353 a year, Mr. Swift. Would you like to make the change now?" Said the IT, I was talking to. "What did you say my name was?" I asked. "Paul Swift, sir. You've always been Paul Swift."
"OH JESUS GOD NO!" And it turned out I worked for Progressive and I want to get you to save over a hundred dollars a year by switching over!!!
