I just thought that was a cool title, but i need to e-mail Mattel.
I got this Christian figure, and the right foot is huge, looks like it belongs on an Undertaker or Big Show figure, and its mega loose, and there are clothing stains all over the shoulder.
HUGE disappointment for me, I've never been on the Mattel bandwagon, this being my first elite figure i was expecting something of much better quality.
so who do I e-mail?

Got is from Tesco, haven't tried returning it as i just got it now at 12:27 so the reception is closed. either way i want to rant directly at Mattel. lulz.

I would try returning it first mate, as I do not imagine Mattel will do a lot due to you being UK based.

true, Its just a hassle i could do without. and from what I hear around these parts, I haven't been the first person to encounter Mattel's piss poor quality control system, and probably wont be the last, which is the annoying thing, knowing that they keep doing poop like this instead of correcting a problem they just post you some voucher or a replacement. though, yes its nice of them etc etc, that's not the point, when i go to a store i don't buy milk that's nearly past its sell by date, then take it back the next day and say "i bought this yesterday and its gone bad" when i buy something, with my own money, i expect to have something to show for it, and not have to go through the trouble of fannying around trying to get something sorted with when it goes wrong. I don't know who passes these things, but I've said it like 100x Mattel seriously need to work on their quality control system. I'm not ranting at you BTW, just going off on one in general

not to rain on your parade... but mattel doesnt have any worse CQ issues than any other company... yeah , we see 5 people pop up bitching about a problem.. but compare that to the HUGE amount of people that dont get bad product...
you just happened to get one that was messed up.. return it , exchage it... all will be fine...

"Who can i call!?" Ghostbusters! sorry, i had to do it haha, but yeah try returning it to the store you bought it from if they cant do it for you, then call/email mattel and i'm sure theyll be happy to exchange it for a good one

tried taking it back to the store to make a long story short, they cant, or WONT take it back because they dont know if I damaged it myself to get a refund the jist of what they said was "Its not our product, so its not our problem"
so whats the mattel e-mail, if they have one?

Check their website to see if they have someone to contact. I'm sure there's something at mattel.com. Of course if that's how your store treats you I wouldn't shop there again. As for the Christian figure it seems all his Elite figures suffer from the minor shoulder stains. I think the jacket is made out of a different fabric than the shirts. He's the only figure I've seen it on.

^ thanks, the stain marks i can live with because they're right up on the top of his shoulder, and not too bad down the sides but the foot is toatally screwed.

I went back today, determined to get a refund even if i had to chain myself to their cash regester, A different woman was on the returns desk and did it for me no questions asked. still, such a pain in the ass.
