What he’s saying is disrespecting me, he’s disrespecting me and all opponents I’ve faced. Dan Henderson, in my opinion, is the best wrestler that there is out there on MMA ... Middleweight “king” Anderson Silva finally broke his silence when he talked to Tatame about his upcoming bout with Chael Sonnen at UFC 117 on August 7th in Oakland California. Silva has been mum while his opponent, Sonnen has ranted and raved from the rooftops about what he is going to do to Silva in Oakland. The MMA community has been abuzz with every sound bite Sonnen offers as he has thoroughly disrespected Anderson Silva and everyone that surrounds him. Silva blamed his antics at UFC 112 on Maia’s disrespect in regards to breaking his arm and with the severity of Sonnen’s comments it will be interesting to see how Silva reacts. While Silva seems to be holding back it needs to be asked…has Sonnen stirred the beast? Are we witnessing the calm before the storm or has Sonnen’s tactics gotten inside the head of the top ranked pound for pound fighter in the world?
