I have had a close look at TnA's Rhino figure and compared it with jakk's r3 rhyno and the heads look identical!
the only difference is the hair, TnA's rhino has less hair and its shaped differently but the faces are the same even the shape!
has toybiz copied the R3 head and used it for their figure?

There dif scans trust me. I have both figs and they look different so. I have seen a few posts state the fact that TNA scans look same as JAKKS but there not, they may look similar, but there different.

they use the same scanning technology. Think of it this way because you obviously dont understand what others are trying to tell you.
Lets say YOU went to Gental Giants and got scanned in 2005 and had a figure made of yourself, Then went back in 2006 to get scanned again but the only change was your hairstyle. Your scans would still look the same because the same company did it and your features didnt change other than your hairstyle.
Same thing with Rhino. Why would his face look any different?

They are definitely different scans. Similar does not mean the same.
