Hey gang,
my custom style is not with sculpy... it is morse so with imaginitive part switches sort of proving in some cases that jakks has the right parts for some folks but never really put more thought into the mix and matching.
i have had major creative luck with correcting there king kong bundy...
also luck with correcting there vader...
how about afa and sika? yep they made the right parts for me to fix them 2
and i may have had to wait till they made the heavyer chest mold but bad news brown was also a awesome fix if i do say so myself....
but now one that didnt require one part change except putting earth quakes head on...
the fat dusty roads body.... yes may be to short maybe even to thin but with pulling off the leggs and lowering them down below the hole that the knee joint peg would fit in,
it almost changed the dusty fat build's dynamic entirely...
now if you do try this you can use a dremmel to make a new knee joint hole lower in the leg but me i just glued em in place...
here is the leg shot after the lower leg was moved down a bit....
now the knee pads i made to fill in the gap in the legs because of the boots being further down are a little big but not bad id say...
and when i resized quakes singlet, POOOOFFFFFFF! non Yoko Sized Earthquake!
now some scale shots next to other superstars i also tinkered with in some shape way or form
i am really happy with this and fully intend on doing the same to typhoon when the other dusty i ordered comes in...
but thought id share incase anyone else would like to give it a go;)
comments always welcome

i appreciate all the compliments and all the constructive tips also... normally i get pretty lucky with my part swaps as illustrated with guys like bundy...other times not so much as illustrated with earth quake who had pillow knee pads and the cloth tights bunched up like he had a load in his shorts...lol
this time i think i nailed it...
i bought a few extra big shows for this.... ( the boxing one on here is cheap and the only risk ya run is you need a set of hands to swap on inplace of the gloves and some times the cloth dye stains them.)
so if you see what looks like black smudges on them it wasnt me it was the black out fit big show came with...
heres what i did....i trimed the big show neck down, shortened the arms to wear the earth quake and typhoon hands wouldnt look weird on the big show arms and swapped the earthquake and typhoon boots on...
in order for the boots to sit high enough in to where there shorter then andre you will need to trim half of the circle of the fat guy boot mold other wise they wont fit up in the big show boot mold well enough...
the knee cap will stick out a little but not to bad i dont have big knee pads but will swap em on to them when i do...
i also opted to paint the tights this time...
and now i very humbly present earthquake and typhoon!
suprisingly the big show bodies when the necks are trimmed and the fat guy boot mold is trimmed and swapped in place of the andre boots seems to do alot for the scale and dimensions i think...
here is a pic next to my andre to show scale...
i have also done a adjustment with big john studd who i also have on a andre big show body...
much more simple if you have a dremmel tool...
again ya have to trim the neck down so the head will sit right...
but for the height just pop off the big show boots then dremmel the rounded part of the lower leg mold that fits up inside the leg and the cups on either side of is that the rounded parts of the leg rest down into...
just dremmel that enough to lower studd to the approprient height compared to andre and poof! you have a "BIG" john studd!
here is a couple pics....
i am very very happy with how these turned out...my next look and scal correction will be one i been looking forward to for a long time... i plan on swapping a kamala head on to a umaga body...
the one with the big pot belly...obviouly a full paint job is also needed and poof i think ill have one mean kamala...
as you may of noticed in the back ground some work is also being down to my hulk hogan... hes got the body of the first classic hulk they made but i have swapped on the bigger bicep arm pices from a csda beefcake (skins are the same so it blends perfect!)
the ticket promotion hogan head and big show boots to correct his height also...
i will post pics when he and kamala are ready...not sure when that will be but i look forward to sharing those creations to...
thanks for looking and as always all comments are welcome...thanks all
