Height wise yes in scale with jakks other then the fact all jakks figures are the same height and Mattel figures actually scaled correctly to each other. But Mattel are also not all jacked up like the jakks figure either, they're true to scale in all forms.

The only problem you may have is displaying them next to your Jakks: they will make your jakks figs look even more like crap than they really are.

They arent completely compatible with jakks. Jakks had barely any scale so people will look out of place when they shouldnt. The bigger guys mattel makes will fit in well though only with a select few others.

I display my JAKKS and Mattel together and they are OK accept for things like Shelton being thinner than Jimmy Wang Yang, but that's because JAKKS is nuts and made everyone so giant.

They'll all be Elite style minus the legends that are in the Entrance Greats line (Undertaker, Rock, M$M, etc.) Those few will be basic style, unfortunately.

The figures are smaller than Jakks. Theyre not exactly Deluxe, they're "Elite", basically Mattel's version of Deluxe aggreassion.

Mattel's aren't in scale at all with Jakks unless it's someone small like Evan Bourne in Mattel style. A Jakks Bourne towers over a Mattel Bourne. But if you're just into displaying them, I don't see any problems with it.
