My Elite John Cena recently broke. His foot fell off  . Well I'm gonna call Mattel tomorrow. I've heard they will give you a coupon, True? My main question is, is can you use it on any figure or just the Elite Cena I bought. Cause around here in Kansas City it took forever to find that figure and its not anywhere anymore. If it's any figure I think I might buy a different Elite figure of someone else. |

It's probably a standard voucher. I heard they send you one for Basic figures, didn't hear anything about Elite's though.

well i have had a few experiwences where i was not happy with something ex stains on figure from clothes,overly loose joints and i called the 800 number located on the mattel packages and spoke to customer service and they DO give you vouchers for the price paid for the figure you bought.
they ask you a few questions, like the item number located on the back of the package.
mattel has EXCELLENT customer service and come through. i have gotten vouchers from them on 2 occasions.

They send you a coupon for the cost of the figure. So you can buy and Elite or you use it towards any other Mattel product. The only thing is it's only good for 30 or 60 days.
