As collectors on these boards I think it's good to inform others about potential fraudulant sellers especially on eBay where alot to most people out here shop.
Here's the heads up
Stay Away from eBay seller name: dannariel aka rosaruda
Seller goes by dannariel and has a store called rosaruda.....Seller has mainly Lucha Libre items for sale and knockoff and or reprinted posters.Over a month ago I bought one of the CMLL figs through the buy it now option and paid for the item immediately through paypal.2 weeks go by,no item.I send e-mail,e-mail is ignored, send a few more after another week goes by finally gets back.Makes excuse, said he/she would look into it,still nothing. After a few more e-mails which I asked for a tracking number, seller gives exact same excuse about just getting back to L.A..I think this idiot didn't realize he or she gave the same exact excuse on there first response.I know the seller wasn't out of town because of a friend of mine e-mailed this idiot about being interested in buying something on behalf of me and the idiot said he'd ship immediately.LOL.Anyway I got ripped off.
On another note regarding this seller,I recently ran into a friend who is a major Lucha Libre fan.We got talking and ironically he got ripped off by the same seller through the sellers store. He also said he changes his name frequently after his negatives start building up on eBay.He goes by different names as well, which I'll try to find.Just a warning..........be careful who you buy from.I hope this will help.

you must be the guy who left neg feedback for them yesterday. i too bought a cmll fig from him a month ago and have yet to recieve it. he sent me a message today saying that "all figs are sent". i'm gonna give him a couple more days before i report my item as not recieved. if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle this situation i am open to hearing them because this would be the first time that this happened to me.

I've noticed his negatives are starting to build up!I am going to file my dispute on paypal as well.I know there was a buzz about the new CMLL figures out,but STAY AWAY from this seller.Hopefully some more credible sellers will pop up selling the figs.

I had the same problem. I bought a Mistico figure off of her over a month ago. I finally emailed two weeks ago and got the "I'm in Mexico, I'll check later" excuse, which is apparently the standard answer. After another week of nothing, I filed a paypal claim. I had to leave negitive as well, which I hate doing since I know this jerk will give me revenge negitive even though I paid instantly.
AVOID THIS CON! They do not have the CMLL figures they are selling! If you have been ripped off do not hesitate to leave negitive feedback(give it time, don't overreact) and let others know to beware of this scam.
FYI, DO NOT cancel your claim with paypal if they have responded to your paypal claim with a confirmation number. That number could be going anywhere, it doesn't say what the destination is on the USPS web site. It could be a stall to get you to cancel the claim. Once you have you cannot re-open it and your money will be gone. Wait until (if) you get anything before settling.

ugh! I have been dealing with Ivan for over a year now with little to no problems (he occasionally screws up a shipment, but corrects it with the next). To hear this is truly heartbreaking because not only did I place an order with him for CMLL figures, but the ability to have a trusted seller from Mexico is scarce. I sent Ivan an email last night requesting he contact me & included the link to this posting in the hopes that he will answer & make good on his commitments.
I do hope that this resolves amicably for all those involved because as I said I've been dealing with him for the past year without trouble.

After filing a claim with paypal, the seller FINALLY sent me the figure. I have never been more disappointed in a transaction in my years on ebay, but I did finally get something over a month after initially paying. I'll ignore the details like the open package, ect. and just leave it at that.
I now notice two more negitives on the feedback for rosaruda, and they're not even for CMLL figures (one is a car from the movie Cars and the other's a t-shirt). That makes 12 in the past month. It's clearly not just a problem with the figures. I think your reliable seller is gone, Ultimo Gringo. People should not have to file claims to get merchendise, much less a simple honest response.
BTW, DO NOT waste any amount of money on the basic CMLL figures. The quality and over-all look are identical to the generic dollar store wrestling figures found in the states. The deluxe figures w/DVD are nice, but the basic figures are junk. The only saving grace is that it's an official CMLL figure and it's Mistico. SO, all of this hassle and headache (wait, contact, wait, paypal claim, wait after that) for a figure that wasn't worth a third of the $11.99 (+5.70 shipping) I paid.
Live and learn, but avoid this seller!
PS to Ultimo Gringo:
The person doing business as dannariel on ebay (or rosa-ruda) is a woman according to the information on file with paypal. Actually the name "ruda" led me to believe that to begin with. Is this a different person from who you've dealt with in the past, or does he just use someone else's information to do business?

That is Ivan's wife. Please note: I have removed any reccommendations for this seller from my message board. If you have any further updates, please post it here as well as: disc.server.com/Indices/218142.htmlI hate the idea of anyone else getting screwed. Thanks!

now i can proudly say that i too am in dispute with this scum bag. Name calling doesn't get anything done, but I have felt your frustration. Maybe we should form a club! I see about six members on here already. It really is a small world isn't it? So many people on one message board having problems with the same ebay seller. It's a beautiful thing.

Well, I gave the seller multiple oppoutunities to contact me & explain what was going on with no luck. Had to open a claim. I refuse to be taken for $120.00. Damn this sucks.... I gave this guy an assload of business all year. What is it with these dealers that makes them go so corrupt?
