Thanks. Maybe I can use some string to tie them on when I get it, because you know I'll need to make it a classic ring. lol Anyway enjoy it. lol yea if i find one in store i might get another for the same thing or ill just wait for the eventual classic one as i know they will release one.....but with the string yea that would definitely work i was gonna actually say maybe black twist ties from like a loaf of bread or something those would work perfectly and are almost the exact length to reach the posts.

After looking over the pics again, I am pumped for this thing more than ever. Like you said, hopefully we see some ringskirt/rope sets down the line. This ring can't hit retail soon enough.

WOW, guess Jakks lied about the size of their ring as well! How are both Mattel and Jakks claiming to have 22 by 22 sized rings and one is larger than the other? LOL, Mattel has knocked it out of the park as far as what Jakks provided us with. DMG ......or Mattels is bigger then 22" I mean Im pretty sure numerous people have measured the Jakks ring. With that said, I like the ring mat and skirts but Im not fond of the turnbuckles myself. Everything else looks pretty much the same as Jakks Ironic that what collectors are calling the second coming of jesus 'Mattel' Have screwed up and they still attempt to blame Jakks. Honestly a little dissapointed it isn't in the proper scaling. It isn't as bad as it could be being bigger as it still is in scale in a way as theres no shortage of space but looks like i'll have to keep hunting for a Jakks RSR

Are the aprons easy to remove without taking the ring apart, like jakks were??

Great photos, King. This sort of post reminds me of being one of the first to receive the Jakks RSR five years ago and how excited I was to be able to take pics of it to share with everyone.
I would say that my expectations were met, but I'm not eager to pick this one up as much after seeing loose pictures. It's nice, but the size of the ring is a bit too big, if you ask me.
I sure can't wait to see Mattel's attempts at a Classic/Legends ring and additional parts such as a Steel Cage, Hell in a Cell, and Elimination Chamber. I might have been more interested in the ring if it had either of those elements, but it is great for just starting out.
As someone else said, kudos to you for all of the time and effort you put into sharing new Mattel information and photos with the rest of us.

I just got my ESR today its f'n huge and it folds up pretty nice too, good thing cause I don't have much room for this beast of a ring.

You know, much like a big population of this forum, I was very upset when Mattel took over the WWE brand. But after seeing what they have to offer, I had to admit that Mattel has put out a better product than Jakks ever did. I dont get why there are people that continue to live in denial and hate on Mattel. You dont like it? Great, thats you choice, enjoy the fact you have freedom in choices. However, for you to try and knock down Mattel's ring by saying that RSR is a better choice...thats just absolutely hilarious. DMG

Where they are better I will admit there better. Im not dead set against Mattel considering I'm going to be busting my ass of now trying to find The Exclusive Taker and 2x Elite series 1 Punk. I just arent all that impressed by this ring that is honestly a little underwhelming. And i'll also admit i Had that mentality and im now regretting it as I've come late to the party and have potentially missed out on a figure i want badly.

Even though I really want this ring bad, I hope Mattel produces packs that come with difference ring skirts and accessories so we don't have to buy a new ring all the time. I wouldn't mind spending 10 bucks on a pack of ring accessories!

Y'know what. I actually might buy this at £40 It isnt bad. Im just afraid of shipping to the UK from RSC so im hoping somewhere in the UK Will stock it. The lack of ringside mats is a downfall but Ill probably get some vinyl and a largish piece of wood and cover it with that.
