I LOVE that Austin scan, especially when in person, it looks like his ears are pointed xDDDDD It's the all-time best worst head sculpt of the BCA era. Specifically, the Live Wire Series 1 version. Such a work of art xD

probably would've convinced my mom to buy me all 6 of STOMP 2 just for the shark cage. That is 1000% my wheelhouse for toys and especially wrestling toys. everyone would've been hung in it above the ring
I had Owen and Chyna. used Owen as a referee, who later became a low card wrestler when referees were basically ignored (I also had the Toybiz ref and he just stood in the corner) cause he looked nothing like Owen, didn't have the right gear, and series 2 Owen was Owen in my fed.

YEEESH! That shouldn’t have gotten past production 😂 Man those BCAs had some rough faces then some gems. Sable, Jackie, Road Dogg, Godfather and Val Venis seemed really cartoonish to me. Almost Hasbro-ish. I think Marlena had the best sculpt out of all of them. I got her off eBay when I was about 8 so it had been out a few years. I thought it was a TTL because the face looked scanned to me! Then you look at that 2 Tuff Debra...I’d have slapped someone if I were her 😂

Always loved that half-painted Goldust that came with her too. Chyna, too - she had good a BCA scan. I don't think any of her BCAs were bad at all.

That S.T.O.M.P. 2 shark cage ad says "Rocky Matua" instead of Rocky Maivia. Also, dear lord @ that Austin head...every time I see that thing I get freaked out more and more.

Congrats to whomever it was that won the auction for this Ultimate Warrior figure. It sold for $20 shipped last Friday. Had I known, I probably would've put in a bid to get my hands on another Series 2 Warrior with white logo on back of his trunks (most likely a factory error). This marks the sixth time I've seen an example of it out of the package. Here's a link with pics of the others spotted thus far: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/post/7342174 Credit: eBay user droppedbody95

Anyone ever find any cool BCA finds as a kid in any odd or unusual stores for a BCA? I was looking thru some BCAs and came across my Slammers Kane. I remember searching for weeks for that at TRU etc and then one day grocery shopping w my mom at Shoprite they had all of Slammers including Kane on an endcap type thing. I had gone to Shoprite and never saw any figs there til then so it blew my mind.

I remember finding a full case of slammers series 2 at CVS a few months after the initial release and me already having them all since June of that year other places was big lots and family dollar having special edition series 3 and 4 but didn't need them at all because I already had em all I'd say the best 2 bca odd place finds for me was superstars series 9 at a Walgreens on a end rack in the front of the store by the greeting cards aisle they had everyone for 7.99 each I snatched up Big Show Gangrel Christian and Holly this was also 2 or 3 months before they fully hit anywhere then the same thing also happened with the road rage set at a store called Alco for 3.99 when I was visiting family out of state I grabbed godfather test gangrel and Holly

We only had a Walmart, Kmart and KB toys and nobody carried that line. I went to Salt Lake City and went to a toys r us and it was the only one from the wave on the shelf.

Been working on piecing together my BCA collection. My goal is to own at least one of every superstar made...
as of now all I need are
- Brian Christopher (in the mail on the way) - The Cameraman (don't know what a reasonable price to pay for him is) - Dan Severn - Diesel - Dr. Death (in the mail on the way) - Skull
None of those I had as a kid, and up until just recently my BCA collection has been sitting in a bin. I finally decided to bag em and store em properly, all my BCA are comfortably in their poly bags awaiting the day when I can display them properly.
I also can thank Hawkins & Ryder and that damn Podcast for making me want to do this "one of everyone" collection thing, lol.

I’ve been trying this as well but some of them are kinda spendy or hard to find one in good shape.

Working on making it look WAY better. Not sure on ORDER. I also know I'm missing a few things. Best Of's, Special Edition's, etc. In fact, anyone knowledgeable wanna tell me exactly what I'm missing and where I will continue to update this. I'm looking for much higher resolution pics of everything, to create a MUCH nicer visual checklist of Jakks BCA figures, in release order.

Great job on this, especially considering what you had to work with. It's definitely a big help to those of us who sometimes need a visual reminder but are too lazy to Google it lol. As I mentioned to you on Twitter, I'd love to help with this project. Let me see what I can scrounge together from my past scans. I think the only ones you're missing, as far as Jakks BCA is concerned, are 2 Tuff Series 1 and 5, Road Rage, Signature Series 1 through 6, DTA Tour Series 1, WrestleMania XIV Series, Shotgun Saturday Night Series 1 and 2, the Survivor Series 4-Pack (as seen on the back of the Razor/Diesel carding), and a few of the newer style BCA figures from the early 2000's.
