Something is about to go down here with the 24/7, 7/11, I-95 North Championship with Drake Maverick and R-Truth. I have a feeling R-Truth is about to get his baby back! I tell you its gonna be chaos here!!! 24/7 belt credit goes to: www.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWEDm/usr/huffster-creations . A $3 belt is very worth it, with taxes it was $3.18 we need to see a luchasaurus bca!

Zack Ryder buys some guy's MOC BCA collection and the last figure he digs up is Dr Death Steve Williams.

So I got an idea a few weeks while looking into if there was a way to add more diva customs into the bca line. I got to looking at Chyna and got an idea. Lower legs and arms are from Chainz. I personally think this was a missed opportunity from JAKKS themselves. Something like this could have easily lead to other diva bca figures that was similar to the main line. That's great work. I'm gonna try and buy some scrap figures this summer (flea market season) to try my hand at some of these fixes.

the fix on the horrible arms turn one of the worst Jakks figures into one of the best. I'd be interested to see any other notoriously bad figures with simple fixes. surely someone has an insanely obvious fix for Dr. Death? How about Jacqueline? Droz?

I still have all my old BCA figs. I wish Mattel would do a BCA like line.

Barring overarching opinions about Jakks tendency to reuse entire bodies for new characters, I think that was one of the rare, rare instances where it worked as well as anyone could have hoped, especially as he was a non-core, offshoot line release. I'd like to see what could be done about Savio Vega.

The Shiniest WizardThat's the one I have, too. It's kind of funny when you see the pic of him tagging with Owen and clearly the large knee pads were meant for Owen, but they don't look half bad on Jarrett. The folks at Jakks had to have given themselves a little Barry Horowitz-style pat on the back when they found ANOTHER way to use Owen parts for him. It's too bad that there was never a BCA Jarrett without a tanktop or singlet top. Had there not been the switch-over to TTL, and obviously if Jarrett hadn't left the company when he did, we probably would've gotten a shirtless BCA Jarrett by late '99/early '00. I thought about that as well. I ended up making one using a Test torso. I think it turned out pretty good. Lol that’s true, that entire Jarrett figure is reused parts.....well was Jarrett first or was the street gear Shamrock first? Yeah, I really like your Jarrett. First one I thought of, honestly. I've seen people use the Off The Mat Austin torso, as well as the Bad Boys Austin torso (a.k.a. Sid's), and I think all three have their merits. Here is my version of BCA Tazz. Its a shame they never made him or continued the BCA line. Also since you all was talking about Vader here is my latest custom I did using Vader.... Its a New Day yes it is! And to show off Kofi When I get some time im gonna be making a thread in the customs area of all the stuff ive done over the years. I recently went over all the ones ive made and painted to add mod podge to them and ive got alot of custom BCAs and still planning on making more! Very cool. Thanks for sharing these. I like that you put your own spin on them. They look to still be functional for play, too. I don't care what anyone says about Vader's goofy, disproportionate sculpt; I still think it's a great base for bigger guys...just not Vader's size. This is genius. The thought never crossed my mind before to use those parts for Chyna. The playability must be off the charts. I know Jakks wouldn't have given their female manager figures that kind of attention back then, but imagine how much more fun could be had with the added articulation. That's awesome. Something is about to go down here with the 24/7, 7/11, I-95 North Championship with Drake Maverick and R-Truth. I have a feeling R-Truth is about to get his baby back! Love seeing those two represented. Their feud early on brought back fond memories of the 24/7 Hardcore title. Once upon a time, I converted a S.T.O.M.P. Ahmed into a very-poorly-conceived K-Kwik. It was, to put it nicely, the antithesis of your fine contribution to this thread lol. Just won a great BCA lot on eBay, will get some updated pics up of my growing collection once it arrives! Can't wait! Sounds like it'll be a good one. the fix on the horrible arms turn one of the worst Jakks figures into one of the best. I'd be interested to see any other notoriously bad figures with simple fixes. surely someone has an insanely obvious fix for Dr. Death? How about Jacqueline? Droz? Worst? Wow, I don't think I've ever heard that said about Chyna. It's got its flaws, sure, but there's no denying the head and ring attire sculpt are pretty much spot-on for its time. S.T.O.M.P. Series 2 definitely has the superior arms, though. I still have all my old BCA figs. I wish Mattel would do a BCA like line. Knowing that the BCA itself would probably be lost in translation, I'd settle for a throwback Superstars Series 1 packaging design on a RSC exclusive. That would be pretty cool to see, maybe for 2021 to honor the 25th anniversary of the Jakks BCA line. the fix on the horrible arms turn one of the worst Jakks figures into one of the best. I'd like to see what could be done about Savio Vega. Agreed 1000%. Savio from the waist-up is fine. DOA or Shotgun 1 Austin's lower half should do the trick. If anyone ever tries it, please share pics because I'd love to see it.

Went to a local figure show today and picked up some loose BCA's of Signature Series HBK, Cactus Jack, Honky Tonk Man, Paul Bearer, Chyna and the referee for $20 bucks. All are in amazing condition with tight joints.
I did pass on a Slammers Dude Love and Justin Hawk Bradshaw (that was missing his accessories) as they were scuffed up and had loose joints but I think I made the right choice.

Incredible collection BoneCrunchingCustoms Jakks BCAs are so underrated because they did make so many terrible quality versions just throwing together parts, but there's at least 1 of each guy.. that's just fantastic. Really awesome molds, details, faces, builds.. just so awesome. Even the touch of cartoonish look to them, just makes me perfect. Thanks for sharing those pictures man, reminds me of being 14 again.

BCA's in my opinion had the best playability of any wrestling figure. I know they didn't have elbow or knee articulation, heck some of them didn't even had head/neck articulation. But they were so simple, so easy to hold and shared a decent enough likeness to their real life counterpart.

Chicago I actually used the Ahmed stomp body for a Booker T myself. Looks great. I admire your resourcefulness. Now get to making Ahmed with Daisy Dukes. My ever-growing loose BCA collection. All individually bagged and labelled because of OCD I've replaced some of the more beat up figures from childhood with new ones. Nothing else smells like a freshly opened BCA figure. Wow, this is coming along nicely. I do the same with all of my loose figures. Had too many instances where paint would rub off and perfectly mint figures were ruined (slight exaggeration, but I'm sure you know what I mean). It's the only way to go with Jakks figures; Mattel figures aren't nearly as troublesome. Awesome choices. Those are all classics in my book. Dude and JHB are very good in their own right, but it's always better to pass if the condition isn't up to par. BCA's in my opinion had the best playability of any wrestling figure. I know they didn't have elbow or knee articulation, heck some of them didn't even had head/neck articulation. But they were so simple, so easy to hold and shared a decent enough likeness to their real life counterpart. I think every generation believes this about the figure line they grew up on, but BCA for me really was the ideal size - and feel - for play. Hasbros and Bend-Ems were too small. OSFTM WCW figures were too big and thick. Jakks created a line that was seemingly a perfect marriage of hard plastic and soft rubbery plastic. And while I appreciate having tighter joints on my figures now that I'm older, the looseness of BCA joints never used to bother me all that much. Flailing arms and legs on post-Series 3 BCA figures are almost a badge of honor. I kind of wish I still had my original collection for that reason cause I'd love to throw them around again like the old days.

In the past couple of years, I've bought some BCAs I had absolutely no need for, just so I could keep them in a box near my desk and play with them when I'm working in my home office. Nothing comes close to the playability of these things for me, and I've grown up with several lines.
