Thanks! The range of motion is much improved. You can pull off a nasty big boot no problem! He will definitely stand freely now. Damn I dont even remember that sweet attire! I reckon thats where the Billy Gunn legs came into play. Id love to make that! That was from an episode of HEAT on May 30, 1999 - a.k.a. the sweet spot where a look like that stood NO chance of being made as a BCA or TTL figure. I think you should have a go at it! Doesn't get much more colorful than that. I want to see a wacky furry attire for Droz, too.

Does anyone know why some of BCA Series 1 had two different card types with some having yellow behind "Bone Crunching Sound" with red text, and some had "Bone Crunching Sound" in white with no yellow behind it? Examples for clarification:

Examples for clarification: I believe that was done to differentiate between the initial run of production (Butterfly hook card on the left) and all others that came after it (J-hook card on the right).

I have throughly enjoyed going back in time and remembering all the figures I had from JAKKS from countless BCAs to the R3s and reliving the hours I would spend playing with them. So to try to get more conversations going with this line of figures, what figures do you remember getting first and who did you have the most figures of from the BCA line? For me I want to say first was either Bret Hart or Taker from superstars 1. As for who I had the most of, most likely Stone Cold or maybe Undertaker. The re paints and customs that I’ve seen in this thread have been awesome and I can go back to be being that young kid with the monster ring and the WWF duffle bag filled with wrestlers taking them on vacations.

I have images of me on Santa's lap as a child holding a BCA Steve Austin and Undertaker. These things consumed my life. I also remember going to my great aunt's house with my older brother every Sunday and we would distribute our shared figures accordingly. I always chose Ahmed and Steve Austin to be my stars, they had some hellacious Hell in a Cell and Scaffold matches! I think these figures are sadly lost to time with the only remaining ones being my Ahmed, DX Box set figures, Signature Series Kane and 2 figures of my young upstart star, that new Edge fellow! Maybe a few others but these definitely stood the test of time!

Sooo many hours, man! Whether Bret or Undertaker, what a great way to kick off your collection. The first BCA set I saw was series 3 at Walmart. At first I was apprehensive about picking one of up because of the size difference between them and the Hasbros, TMNT and other figures I had in my fed. Then I saw Ultimate Warrior at Zellers and I picked him up because he and Taker were my favorites at the time. I remember getting series 2 Undertaker shortly thereafter, and Bret and Ahmed series 3 for my 13th birthday in 1997, along with Power Rangers the movie for Genesis! Some updated stuff: Here is a comparison of my original the Fully Loaded Test and my new custom, once again showing how much better it could have been with parts Jakks already had in their arsenal. Speaking of Warrior, I picked up these tattoo decals from Curb Stomp City. A new version of '97 heel Henry Godwinn. I sanded down his head and added a Mattel Bret Hart hairpiece along with switching out the arms and adding the elbow pad and tattoo (again from Curb Stomp City Decals)

Albert custom before and after painting T&A Albert looks so smooth. What an awesome use of the Outlaws body. I think that's something Jakks would have done if BCAs got that far. Raw Is War Sunny without the skirt would also work well for Trish. I have throughly enjoyed going back in time and remembering all the figures I had from JAKKS from countless BCAs to the R3s and reliving the hours I would spend playing with them. The re paints and customs that I’ve seen in this thread have been awesome and I can go back to be being that young kid with the monster ring and the WWF duffle bag filled with wrestlers taking them on vacations. I don't remember the order in which I received the earliest BCA figures, but I know select ones from Series 1 and 2 were it. Never had Razor, Diesel, or any of the 2-Packs, but I did play with Series 2 Warrior (until his arm fell off, then his playing days...fell off) and Taker a lot. Series 3 Mankind took a beating at the hands of various Undertakers. I've mentioned before how my Series 2 Taker looked like an abomination. Hands cut off, face a scribbled mess. I wish I still had that beautiful bastard. As I'm sure most did, I had quite a number of Stone Colds. Not anywhere close to what I have now, but he was almost impossible to avoid in those days. The black jorts version from the Bad to the Bonz 3-Pack is probably my favorite. I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I'm not sure if I ever owned the original Series 4 figure. I know at this present moment I don't have one in my collection. That should be remedied soon. When I was younger, I could have just as easily had Series 5 and never knew the difference. Surely, every person with a BCA figure in their collection has had or knows someone who did have a Stone Cold or Undertaker, the two most popular in all the line.

I was worried they might be for RAs or TTLs? I tried reaching out to him on Instagram but he never got back to me.

Ha, that Trish head is so weird, it almost looks like a lost/unused relic from the BCA line. Fits perfectly here.
That Albert, Test, and Godwinn are all fire.

berealnicknaro It all depends on the decal. I find the retro option works best for arms, upper and lower torso, but Mattel option is best for BCA legs. I hope that helps!

Just wondering because this question always bugged me as a kid. I had one of the mini sets Jakks did, with the ring abs 6 wrestlers that were basically mini versions of their BCA counterparts. Everyone had their regular BCA figure as a counterpart, except chainsaw Charlie (to my knowledge). I’ve never seen a full sized one, so did he ever get a BCA figure?

There were definitely trustworthy reports of it being slated for a 2 Tuff Series 2 2-Pack with Cactus Jack, but it’s anyone’s guess as to just how far along Jakks got with it. I think there’s a great chance that it was conceptualized in some form beyond the mini figure and unreleased thumb wrestler prototype. Even if it only existed in a sketchbook somewhere. Would anyone still have possession of it, though, is the question.
