Does the Bret Hart have a hole on the bottom of one of its feet? If so, it's the Series 3 re-release. If not, it's Series 1 all the way. No holes in Bret's shoes...series 1, baby! Now to grab Series 2 and I'll have the BCA Bret Hart figures I always wanted in my younger days. I was always a fan of pink torso, black pants Bret from WM13. So much so, that was my inspiration for my Halloween costume this year haha.

THE GOOD NEWS....AND THE BAD NEWS
Well the good news, I won megared's bca custom kane. The bad news the arm was broke where he modified the arm. but I did glue it, hopefully it will be fine. Over all it is very nice. he modified the ends of the arms and the feet of the figure. I would have used some of the other kanes limbs. Im not sure right now but I am thinking of selling it. So when I decide to I will let you all know. hey sorry about that it was a rushed project hence the 99 cent start............I should of used sculpty after i glued that part together if u want to pay for shipping i can fix it for you ....... but other than that the glue would work just fine

I'd think Taka from the same series would qualify, too.
Along with Dan Severn, The Jackyl, Steve Blackman's DTA Tour Series 2 figure, and the fact that Hardcore Holly's figures were better at the very end (the Backlash series).

Blackman's figure was great in DTA2, as was the Severn figure you mentioned. I liked Taka, but the headsculpt looked nothing like him, really.

1. What is one thing that you're thankful for from the BCA line? 2. What is the best deal you've ever gotten either from buying or selling BCA figures? 3. Imagine you're Black Friday shopping and you head down the figure aisle at, say, Toys "R" Us. In a perfect world, what one BCA figure (or boxed set) would you love to find hanging from a peg (or occupying shelf space) in a 2010 retail store? 4. For the online shoppers, name one BCA figure that you hardly ever see for sale on auction sites like eBay? 1.All the fun i had playing with them.I used to spend hours getting storylines together.I am also thankful for the price.lol 2.I sold 150 figures, attitude ring,a shoe box full of weapons for $250.00 .The best deal when buying was when i bought a series 1 HBK and series 3 Bulldog from a flea market for 25 cents each. 3.The 3 faces of Foley 3 pack. I would buy it. 4.Live wire Marc Mero.

Man I loved the BCA figures. My first one was Bret Hart series 1. And now the only one I have left is the glow in the dark Taker still moc. Got him on ebay for 99 cents couple years back. I always wanted him as a kid never could find him. My favorite bca figure though would have to be series 1 HBK though.

Took a couple of fun pics with my new Superstars 1 BCA Bret Hart...pitted him against my CS1 Bret Hart. I call it the "Battle of the Ultimate Series 1 Hitman" haha Thanks to zappa2510 for selling me the first BCA I've bought in YEARS.

I could've gone for a Patriot repaint in red attire from when he was feuding with Bret and the Hart Foundation.
Speaking of Bret, which is everyone's most-wanted version of the Hitman that Jakks never produced? Survivor Series '96 with orange trim? All-black gear from '97? The jean shorts look with leather jacket?

Also, I'd have killed for Jakks to add the "HITMAN" skull design across the back of his tights...but I was a stickler for detail!

Thought I'd save the thread from obscurity with a MOC pic of two recent receivings (no, not the S.T.O.M.P. figures - I'll make a blog post soon about those buys when I'm not busy working on school projects ). Just how many Triple H figures are in the first/second Backlash series? Three, as far as I know. The Deadly Games Series figure was re-released on Backlash Series 1/2 carding, too.

That HHH on the right is an awesome figure. I don't know if I've ever seen it. I was probably into TTLs at that point, 'cause if I were still buying BCAs I know I'd have wanted that one.

That would be the other Triple H I mentioned, but I've only seen it listed on eBay one or two times so I'm not 100% sure if it's an additional Backlash release or just a reseal. I'd say it's real since Jakks also re-released it in Special Edition Series 6, as seen below. Remember, both Special Edition and Backlash lines were exclusive to KB Toys stores. Oh, and both series (SE 6, Backlash 1) were available in the year 2000 when the BCA line was, well, on life support.
