Click the enlargment to see. I just used a program called pivot stick figure animator. I don't know if it's the program you guys are using, but if it's not please tell what you are using. And this is my first try at pivot so it may not be perfect. Enjoy!

use pivot 3 here, read the board First Aid thread and it will tell you which program to use

Yeah we mostly use Pivot 3, or Pivot 3.1 here.
The program you are using is one of the first Pivots, its okay program but not as good, links in first aid should work for you if you want.
Otherwise its not too bad for a first, better than some other firsts but is a pretty average animation that people start off with, you will improve with practice.
The movements are okay, not much to say as they are deafults, but try not to make awkward poses where the head is like under the arms. 
Needs a floor really, soemthing to stand on and keep them more positioned.
