BTW, IMO everything TNA does besides the in-ring wrestling sucks major balls. And last nights PPV sucked hard as I have heard.

What would you rather do? Come in for an angle and then be thrown off afterward because the angle is over. Or Have a bigger pay check and maybe job, but you still get to wrestle every week and you have a steady paycheck and job. And neither company is going to make you World champion. RVD is the current TNA World Champion and hed probably be tagging with Santino in WWE (i dont wanna knock Santino but hes not exactly the main focus of raw) I was talking about the guys who came in just for the ECW angle. RVD is a former world champion so I doubt he'd be tagging with Santino. (Yes, I know Khali is a joke and he's a former champ, but he's crap so it doesn't matter.) He'd probably fight with Jericho or Edge or Drew McIntyre on Smackdown.

Yeah, a bunch of losers chanting "thank you" at a MILF with a rich daddy at the end of a crappy PPV is real "extreme." Ericmw92, you're a very silly boy. The "real" ECW died almost a decade ago. It had its funeral in 2005. TNA's show was just digging up the corpse, and the corpse stank. Now Dixie's done with her grave robbing, she can get to trying to improve the actual TNA product. For us real, discerning fans (ie not blinkered fanboys like yourself), that would be tremendous. well I'm not gonna lie I would love to see the TNA product improve and yes the show could have been better but to me I looked at this more of a "high School reunion" type event rather then the final burial of ECW. Realistically, ECW died in 2001 and in my view. WWE and TNA both had their opportunity to show their official and legal respect for ECW. There can never be a full blown ECW tribute because it's legally and physically impossible to get EVERY guy at the show. I respect TNA for what they did because they let the ECW guys work one last time. Did I have complaints about the show? of course! I hated Mike Tenay on Commentary, the lights were just like WTF and I don't think having the TNA guys and JB on the show was needed. otherwise I was happy to see guys I didn't see in ages Like New Jack who I met in the ring 11 years ago and also people my dad knew from his time keeping days in the early to mid 90's like Bill Alfonso, Sabu, RVD and so on. I enjoyed promos from guys like Al snow poking fun at the ridiculous copyrights and Joel Gertner cutting a classic promo as well. I enjoyed this not with the mindset of "this is the final memory of ECW" I had the mind of "this is a 9 year reunion in the making with the exception of the ONS 2005 which had some pieces missing to the puzzle as well as this one." When I think of ECW, I think of Bam Bam flinging spike dudley into the crowd and body surfing him around the arena. I think of Sabu and Terry Funk in a Barbed Wire Massacre. I think of Dreamer getting constantly caned by Sandman. When I think of a company I think of the OFFICIAL and ground breaking moments. like when I hear the name WCW I think of the NWO, I think of Steamboat and Flair, I think of Goldberg. I ignore David Arquette and Russo and so on.

No literally ECW in the last year put on the greatest matches of any wrestling promotion. Don't get me wrong i love me some ol' hardcore ECW! but WWECW in its last year was so much better.

WWECW was a good show for what it was I can say that, but do I feel it was a spit on the face to what the real ECW was really about? yes I do. If they killed the ECW show off when Paul E left and kept that brand but renamed it I wouldn't mind it at all. But now idc about WWE, I haven't seen Raw in weeks, same goes for smackdown and NXT and I got no want to watch Summerslam.
