So I just got my SDCC Undertaker in the mail. Awesome right? Sadly no upon opening it and looking it over I found a problem. It's something I've never seen yet with Mattel. The left leg of my Undertaker has a crack through it. So my question is does anyone know if Matty offers replacement returns? I looked on the site but I don't really see anything. The only thing I see is getting a refund which I don't want. I just want to get a new one.

If you call Mattel's number on the bottom of the box, and explain what happened they will send you a voucher in the mail. I dont know if it would be the same for an Exclusive. If i were you, I would call Mattel and ask what you should do.

It says the number doesn't deal directly with any store orders. I just sent them an email about it so I hope to get a response. This really sucks #1 because it's my first experience with Matty Collector and it's not a good one and #2 because I was really looking forward to displaying this in my collection today.

Matty usually holds a small percentage of stock for customer service issues. I know they do this on MOTUC releases, and those figures are ALL exclusives, so you should be able to swap the Undertaker for another.

or you could buy another one and send the other back for a refund.

I've never had a problem with Matty.com, but you should contact their Customer Service on the website asap and let them know before they sell out of it.

Yeah I did PJ I'm just waiting to get a response back. I hope I can get a replacement before they sell out of them.

There should have been a phone number you could have called unless they removed it. I know there was a number to call when they first opened the site, because I had to call it about my SDCC Lobo order. They had placed my order twice so I called and canceled one.
