Every time I call and try and get info the person I talk to at customer service has no idea whats going on with wrestling figures. I seem to get the same lady who can't answer any questions doesn't really care about my comments as a long time wrestling figure collector. Is there any one in particular that works closely with the Mattel-WWE line? Does anyone have a e-mail for said individuals? I know the Mattel suggestions board is here , but who knows if they even look at that. And that doesn't answer simple little questions I have regarding figures , accessories and future assortments.

You're best bet would be to ask the people on this board.
Odds are if you do get the contact info, they really wouldn't want to hear from people all day that have "the next big idea" for the WWE line.

the customer service number is not for someone to call and get the inside scoop on the latest or future things going on with 1 paticular line. mattel has plenty of different lines other then wwe and im sure the customer service agent is not there to give info to a customer as far as future lineups, future product details and suggestions and they prob dont even have access to info like that lol.

Your best bet would be to go to the SDCC and make contacts there at the Mattel booths. That or if you were part of a media outlet w/ proper credentials or if you had a retail store with you tax ID you'd be able to get into the NYC Toy Fair in Feb.

after reading you post again i can bet you prob call customer service and get really annoying and angry at the fact that you cant get info. and why get angry that you get a customer service agent who "dosint care about you comments"? its not her job to sit there with a pad and pen and take all of your great idea down lol. thats what they pay the people who plan the line for lol. and why would you think there would be an email address to get in touch with someone to get what would seem you want, inside info or to get in touch with someone to give your input on what to put out in the future?

Where did I say I want inside info? I just want someone who when I say the words "Dusty Rhodes" doesn't reply with "Is that some kind of a play set whats the item number?". I have concerns for certain items ( the way they are packed and product assembly) that have been packaged with backwards feet , two figures with two left feet , my legends Steamboat and Dusty which have red and black stains from being packed with the clothing accessories on rather than on the side. I just want to see if anyone at Mattel knows that a few NOT ALL collectors have concerns such as those. I understand people collect MOC and would rather the clothing be displayed on the figure for those reasons, again is it wrong to want to be able to give constructive feedback to someone who actually care? I used to be in talks with Jeremy via e-mail and he often took responded ASAP and gave me insight and listened to my comments Thats what I want. Why does everyone on these boards always go the other way and start a argument over nothing?
